Bengaluru: A flood of complaints/objections has been pouring in from the public and people's representatives regarding the redivision in the five CITY corporations under the jurisdiction of the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA).

There have been many objections to the ward boundaries, ward names and the division of the previous single ward area into two corporations, and the inclusion of areas of one assembly constituency under the jurisdiction of two CITY corporations.

A total of 368 wards have been created for the five CITY corporations, and the draft notification only gives the area and boundaries covered by the wards. Only the list has been published, and the GBA has published the map. However, it does not contain the population and voter details of each ward. While one ward has a population of 37 thousand, the other has a population of 17 thousand. This is a violation of Section 29 of the Greater Bengaluru Administration Act.

The population of the wards should be almost the same. It has been said that the ward of the assembly member's constituency should not be extended to other constituencies. However, the people's representatives and corporator aspirants are alleging that while the population of the central wards is 25 thousand to 30 thousand, the population of the outer wards is 17 thousand to 25 thousand.

'There has been a lot of confusion because the population and voter details are not available in the draft notification of the wards. Since each party has calculated differently, there have been many objections and dissatisfactions,' leaders of all parties are complaining.

The draft notification was issued on July 19, dividing the 198 wards in the BBMP into five CITY corporations. With the formation of GBA, the final notification was issued on September 2 as Central, North, South, East and West Municipal Corporations. The draft notification was issued on September 30 after re-division of wards for all five CITY corporations and delimitation was decided. The time for objections/suggestions to this ends on Wednesday (October 15).

Thousands of objections: Muniraju

‘My Dasarahalli assembly constituency has been divided into two municipal corporations. I had raised objections in the assembly at the time the draft notification of the municipal corporations was issued. The final order was issued over and above that. Now there are many problems in the formation of wards. The population and area have been changed arbitrarily. There is confusion in the formation of boundaries, which has confused the citizens. Thousands of citizens in our constituency have filed objections regarding the formation of wards and boundaries,’ said Dasarahalli MLA S. Muniraju.

‘Voters should be distributed equally in the wards formed in the municipal corporations. If wards are created only geographically, it will not be possible to distribute infrastructure to all people. If more than 1.5 crore people are to be provided facilities through five municipal corporations, more wards are needed,’ opined civic activist Vinod Jacob.

Elections in February?

The agenda for the preparation of voter lists for the municipal corporation elections and finalization of ward re-division has been approved in the first meeting of the GBA. Accordingly, elections to the municipal corporations will be held in mid-February 2026.

A notification will be issued by the end of October designating the GBA as the local planning authority for the Greater Bengaluru area. The final notification of the ward re-division of the municipal corporations will be issued by the beginning of November. The State Election Commission will start the preparation of voter lists on November 30. The State Election Commission is expected to issue a notification for the municipal elections in mid-February 2026, the agenda approved by the first meeting of the GBA said.

CITY Corporations Elections: Election Commission appoints Returning Officers

Instructions to prepare voters' lists

Bengaluru: The State Election Commission has issued a notification appointing Returning Officers to conduct elections to the five CITY corporations under the jurisdiction of the Greater Bangalore Authority (GBA) and to prepare voters' lists.

As per the election rules of the Greater Bangalore Administration Act (GBGA), specified officers have been appointed and ordered to conduct elections to the five CITY corporations.

The State Election Commission has appointed the GBA Chief Commissioner as the District Election Officer and has been given jurisdiction over the five CITY corporations and all the wards in them. The Commissioners of the five CITY corporations will be the Additional District Election Officers for all the wards of the respective CITY corporations. 

The District Election Officer and Additional District Election Officer have been ordered to effectively conduct the election work of the wards under their jurisdiction and prepare ward-wise voter lists as per the Greater Bengaluru Authority (Voter Registration) Rules-2025.

Illegal: ‘There is still time to file objections to the draft notification of the wards. It is illegal for the State Election Commission to issue a notification to prepare ward-wise voter lists before the final notification of the wards. When there is a lot of confusion in the ward formation itself, preparing a voter list will create even more problems,’ alleged Padmanabhareddy, the leader of the ruling party of the former BBMP.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ (ಜಿಬಿಎ) ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಐದು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ  ಮರು ವಿಂಗಡಣೆಗೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು, ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳಿಂದ ದೂರು/ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆಯ ಮಹಾಪೂರವೇ ಹರಿದುಬಂದಿದೆ.

ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ಗಡಿ, ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ಹೆಸರು ಹಾಗೂ ಹಿಂದಿದ್ದ ಒಂದೇ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಎರಡು ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಂಗಡಣೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದು, ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವೊಂದರ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳು ಎರಡು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ ವ್ಯಕ್ತವಾಗಿದೆ.

ಐದೂ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ 368 ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳು ಒಳಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಹಾಗೂ ಗಡಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದ್ದು, ನಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಜಿಬಿಎ ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮತದಾರರ ವಿವರಗಳು ಇಲ್ಲ. ಒಂದು ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ 37 ಸಾವಿರ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ ಮತ್ತೊಂದರೆ 17 ಸಾವಿರ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಇದೆ.  ಇದು ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಆಡಳಿತ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯ ಪ್ರಕರಣ 29ರ ಉಲ್ಲಂಘನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.

ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಬಹುಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಒಂದೇ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು. ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ಅನ್ನು ಇತರೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳಿಗೆ ವ್ಯಾಪಿಸಸಬಾರದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಭಾಗದ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 25 ಸಾವಿರದಿಂದ 30 ಸಾವಿರ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಇದ್ದರೆ, ಹೊರಭಾಗದ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 17 ಸಾವಿರದಿಂದ 25 ಸಾವಿರ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಜನಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾರ್ಪೊರೇಟರ್‌ ಆಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಗಳು ಆರೋಪಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

‘ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮತದಾರರ ವಿವರಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಗೊಂದಲ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಬೊಬ್ಬರು ಒಂದೊಂದು ಲೆಕ್ಕಾಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿರುವದರಿಂದ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ, ಅಸಮಾಧಾನಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿವೆ’ ಎಂದು ಎಲ್ಲ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳ ಮುಖಂಡರೂ ದೂರುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ 198 ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನೇ ಐದೂ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಂಗಡಿಸಿ ಜುಲೈ 19ರಂದು ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಜಿಬಿಎ ರಚನೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಕೇಂದ್ರ, ಉತ್ತರ, ದಕ್ಷಿಣ, ಪೂರ್ವ, ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನಾಗಿ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್‌ 2ರಂದು ಅಂತಿಮ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಐದೂ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಮರು ವಿಂಗಡಿಸಿ, ಗಡಿ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ ಮಾಡಿ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್‌ 30ರಂದು ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಣೆ/ ಸಲಹೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಸಮಯ ಬುಧವಾರ (ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ 15) ಮುಗಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.

 

ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ: ಮುನಿರಾಜು

‘ನನ್ನ ದಾಸರಹಳ್ಳಿ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಎರಡು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಹೋಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲೇ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದೆ. ಅದನ್ನು ಮೀರಿ ಅಂತಿಮ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಇದೀಗ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ರಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳಾಗಿವೆ. ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹಾಗೂ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಮನಬಂದಂತೆ ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಗಡಿ ರಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೊಂದಲವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ನಾಗರಿಕರನ್ನು ಗೊಂದಲಕ್ಕೆ ದೂಡಿದೆ. ನಮ್ಮ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ನಾಗರಿಕರು ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ರಚನೆ, ಗಡಿ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ’ ಎಂದು ದಾಸರಹಳ್ಳಿ ಶಾಸಕ ಎಸ್‌. ಮುನಿರಾಜು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿಲ್ಲ: ವಿನೋದ್

‘ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮತದಾರರನ್ನು ಸಮನಾಗಿ ಹಂಚಬೇಕು. ಭೌಗೋಳಿಕವಾಗಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ರಚಿಸಿದರೆ, ಎಲ್ಲ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಮೂಲಸೌಕರ್ಯ ವಿತರಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಐದು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ 1.5 ಕೋಟಿಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯ ನೀಡಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ನಾಗರಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತ ವಿನೋದ್‌ ಜಾಕೋಬ್‌ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.

ಫೆಬ್ರುವರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಚುನಾವಣೆ?

ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಲು, ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ಮರುವಿಂಗಡಣೆ ಅಂತಿಮಗೊಳಿಸಲು ಸಮಯ ನಿಗದಿ ಮಾಡಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯಸೂಚಿಗೆ ಜಿಬಿಎ ಮೊದಲ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಂತೆ, 2026ರ ಫೆಬ್ರುವರಿ ಮಧ್ಯಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ.

ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ ಅಂತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರದೇಶದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಯೋಜನಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಜಿಬಿಎಯನ್ನು ಗುರುತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ನವೆಂಬರ್‌ ಆರಂಭದೊಳಗೆ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ಮರು ವಿಂಗಡಣೆ ಅಂತಿಮ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಾಗಲಿದೆ. ನವೆಂಬರ್‌ 30ರಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗವು ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳ ತಯಾರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. 2026ರ ಫೆಬ್ರುವರಿ ಮಧ್ಯಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಆಯೋಗ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ಚುನಾವಣೆಗೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಜಿಬಿಎ ಮೊದಲ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಯಾದ ಕಾರ್ಯಸೂಚಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.‌

ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಆಡಳಿತ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ (ಜಿಬಿಜಿಎ) ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಿಯಮಗಳಂತೆ ಐದು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಸಲು ನಿಗದಿತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿ ಆದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಆಯೋಗವು ಜಿಬಿಎ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತರನ್ನು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಎಂದು ನೇಮಿಸಿ, ಐದು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಅವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಐದು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಆಯಾ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಕೆಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ. 

ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಚುನಾವಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಚುನಾವಣಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಚುನಾವಣಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ವಿದ್ಯುಕ್ತವಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ (ಮತದಾರರ ನೋಂದಣಿ) ನಿಯಮಗಳು– 2025ರಂತೆ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ವಾರು ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಲು ಆದೇಶಿಸಿದೆ.

ಕಾನೂನು ಬಾಹಿರ:

 ‘ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಗೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ. ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಅಂತಿಮ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಗೆ ಮುನ್ನವೇ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ವಾರು  ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ತಯಾರಿಸಲು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಆಯೋಗ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿರುವುದು ಕಾನೂನುಬಾಹಿರ. ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ರಚನೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಗೊಂದಲವಿರುವಾಗ, ಮತದಾರರ ಪಟ್ಟಿ ತಯಾರಿಸಿದರೆ ಇನ್ನಷ್ಟು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಎದರುರಾಗುತ್ತದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಹಿಂದಿನ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿಯ ಆಡಳಿತ ಪಕ್ಷದ ನಾಯಕ ಪದ್ಮನಾಭರೆಡ್ಡಿ ಆರೋಪಿಸಿದರು.

Bengaluru: The responsibility of urban planning has been relieved to the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) under the jurisdiction of Greater Bangalore Authority (GBA).

‘Greater Bangalore Area’ (earlier BBMP) has been declared as ‘Greater Bangalore Local Planning Area’ and the entire responsibility of urban planning has been entrusted to GBA.

The Urban Development Department has issued an order declaring ‘Greater Bangalore Local Planning Area’ on October 10 as per the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act- 1961.

All previous rules, orders, directions, approvals/sanctions from BDA and the government will continue. It has been said that the Revised Master Plan (RMP-2015) and Zoning Regulations should be followed until the master plan of the ‘Greater Bangalore Local Planning Area’ is approved.

The resolution to transfer the responsibility of urban planning from the BDA to the GBA was passed in the first meeting of the GBA. A notification has also been issued accordingly.

The GBA is also a ‘Planning Authority’ and has the power to approve the layouts and industrial layouts within its jurisdiction. It is responsible for preparing the master plan of the city and will also monitor that the municipal corporations strictly follow it.

Like the master plan prepared by the GBA, the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) has to approve the industrial layout and building map within its jurisdiction.

The GBA, which is the planning authority, has to submit its annual report, audit report and budget to the government at the end of every financial year. The GBA Chief Commissioner will constitute a committee of officers to manage the local planning processes. There are already urban planning officers in the GBA, and the committee will function including them.

The Bengaluru-Mysore Infrastructure Corridor Area Local Planning Area (BMICAPA) has not been included in the ‘Greater Bengaluru Local Planning Area’. Thus, out of the GBA area of ​​719.29 sq km, only 683 sq km is now the ‘Greater Bengaluru Local Planning Area’. Although this area has not been included for now due to a land dispute with NICE, officials of the Urban Planning Department informed that it will be included in the near future.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ (ಜಿಬಿಎ) ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ (ಬಿಡಿಎ) ನಗರ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

‘ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರದೇಶ’ವನ್ನು (ಹಿಂದಿನ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ)  ‘ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಯೋಜನಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶ’ವೆಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ನಗರ ಯೋಜನೆ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಜಿಬಿಎಗೆ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಗರ ಮತ್ತು ಗ್ರಾಮಾಂತರ ಯೋಜನಾ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ– 1961ರಂತೆ ‘ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಯೋಜನಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶ’ವನ್ನು ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ 10ರಂದು ಘೋಷಿಸಿ ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಆದೇಶ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ಬಿಡಿಎ ಹಾಗೂ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಈ ಹಿಂದಿನ ಎಲ್ಲ ನಿಯಮಗಳು, ಆದೇಶಗಳು, ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳು, ಅನುಮೋದನೆ/ಮಂಜೂರಾತಿಗಳು ಮುಂದುವರಿಯಲಿವೆ.  ‘ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಯೋಜನಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶ’ದ ಮಹಾಯೋಜನೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆಯಾಗುವವರೆಗೂ ಪರಿಷ್ಕೃತ ಮಾಸ್ಟರ್‌ ಪ್ಲಾನ್‌ (ಆರ್‌ಎಂಪಿ–2015) ಮತ್ತು ವಲಯ ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಬಿಡಿಎಯಿಂದ ನಗರ ಯೋಜನೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಜಿಬಿಎಗೆ ವಹಿಸಬೇಕೆಂಬ ನಿರ್ಣಯ ಜಿಬಿಎ ಮೊದಲ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅದರಂತೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನೂ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಜಿಬಿಎ ‘ಯೋಜನಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ’ವೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದು, ತನ್ನ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಬಡಾವಣೆಗಳು, ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಬಡಾವಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಮೋದಿಸುವ ಅಧಿಕಾರವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದೆ. ನಗರದ ಮಾಸ್ಟರ್‌ ಪ್ಲಾನ್‌ ತಯಾರಿಸುವ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದು, ಅದನ್ನು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ಅನುಸರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಣೆಯನ್ನೂ ಮಾಡಲಿದೆ.

ಜಿಬಿಎ ರಚಿಸುವ ಮಾಸ್ಟರ್‌ ಪ್ಲಾನ್‌ನಂತೆಯೇ, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕಾ ಪ್ರದೇಶ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮಂಡಳಿ (ಕೆಐಎಡಿಬಿ) ತನ್ನ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕೆ ಬಡಾವಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳ ನಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಮೋದಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

ಯೋಜನಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವಾಗಿರುವ ಜಿಬಿಎ ತನ್ನ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ವರದಿ, ಲೆಕ್ಕ ತಪಾಸಣಾ ವರದಿ, ಆಯವ್ಯಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವರ್ಷದ ಅಂತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು. ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಯೋಜನಾ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ಜಿಬಿಎ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಸಮಿತಿಯನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಜಿಬಿಎಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಗರ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿದ್ದು, ಅವರನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಸಮಿತಿ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಿದೆ.

Bengaluru: The State Pollution Control Board has directed the celebration of ‘eco-friendly Diwali’ across the state and has warned the District Collectors that only green crackers should be allowed this time too.

It has been informed that strict action should be taken against those who sell and stock the banned crackers under the Environment Act. Also, the ‘District Environment Protection Authority’ established in every district in 2004 has been given the responsibility to control noise pollution.

The use of crackers containing chemicals causes air pollution by releasing chemicals into the atmosphere. Firecrackers are stored in unsafe places and explode, causing loss of life/health of many people. Air pollution has been found to be excessive in the air samples during the festival. Taking all this into consideration, the Supreme Court has given its verdict to prevent pollution. Accordingly, the government has also issued guidelines, which should be effectively implemented by various departments and authorities, the circular explains.

The Supreme Court had given clear directions on the use of firecrackers in 2005 and issued several directions in 2015 and 2018. Accordingly, firecrackers can be burst only from 8 am to 10 pm. Bursting of firecrackers has been completely banned during the rest of the time. Based on this direction, the Minister of Forest and Environment has directed to celebrate Diwali festival as ‘Eco-Friendly Diwali-2025’.

Thus, only green firecrackers are allowed to be used and other firecrackers should be banned. The circular has directed that local bodies and police should take strict action in this regard.

The production, storage, sale and use of banned firecrackers is prohibited. Such firecrackers should be confiscated and strict action should be taken against those who violate the law as per the law. Diwali should be celebrated as a festival of light and knowledge using only green firecrackers. The Member Secretary of the State Air Pollution Control Board has issued a circular to the heads of all government departments, local bodies and authorities to create environmental awareness among the public.

Circular for ban: Lingaraju

A circular was sent by the State Pollution Control Board in the first week of October to municipal corporations, local body commissioners, district collectors, directors general of police, police commissioners, transport commissioners, directors of education, commerce, animal husbandry, municipal administration, and directors general of fire departments to take action to ban the production, storage and sale of banned firecrackers. The board's member secretary Lingaraju said that a case has also been registered against violators as per the law.

A copy of this circular has also been sent to the chairman of the state-level committee of the National Green Tribunal, the principal secretary of the Department of Ecology and Environment, and the secretary of the Urban Development Department, he said.

ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಿರುವ ಪಟಾಕಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾರಾಟ ಮಾಡುವವರು, ದಾಸ್ತಾನು ಹೊಂದಿರುವವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಪರಿಸರ ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ, ಶಬ್ದ ಮಾಲಿನ್ಯವನ್ನು ನಿಯಂತ್ರಿಸಲು 2004ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಸ್ಥಾಪನೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ‘ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪರಿಸರ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ’ಕ್ಕೆ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿ ವಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾಸಾಯನಿಕ ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಪಟಾಕಿಗಳ ಬಳಕೆಯಿಂದ ವಾತಾವರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಸಾಯನಿಕ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗಿ ವಾಯು ಮಾಲಿನ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಪಟಾಕಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಸುರಕ್ಷಿತ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ, ಅವುಗಳು ಸ್ಫೋಟಗೊಂಡು ಅನೇಕ ಜನರ ಪ್ರಾಣಹಾನಿ/ ಆರೋಗ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತೊಂದರೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಹಬ್ಬದ ಸಮಯದ ವಾಯು ಮಾದರಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಯು ಮಾಲಿನ್ಯ ವಿಪರೀತವಾಗಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದೆ. ಇದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲ ಗಮನಿಸಿ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ ಮಾಲಿನ್ಯ ತಡೆಗಟ್ಟಲು ತೀರ್ಪು ನೀಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದರಂತೆ, ಸರ್ಕಾರವೂ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದು, ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಣಾಮಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳು, ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಗಳು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ 2005ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪಟಾಕಿ ಬಳಕೆ ಕುರಿತಂತೆ ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, 2015, 2018 ರಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳನ್ನೂ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಅದರಂತೆ, ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 8ರಿಂದ ರಾತ್ರಿ 10ವರೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪಟಾಕಿ ಸಿಡಿಸಬಹುದು. ಉಳಿದ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಟಾಕಿ ಸ್ಫೋಟಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ದೀಪಾವಳಿ ಹಬ್ಬವನ್ನು ‘ಪರಿಸರ ಸ್ನೇಹಿ ದೀಪಾವಳಿ– 2025’ಯಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಲು ಅರಣ್ಯ–ಪರಿಸರ ಸಚಿವರು ಸೂಚಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಹಸಿರು ಪಟಾಕಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಬಳಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿದ್ದು, ಇತರೆ ಪಟಾಕಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಬೇಕು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಿನ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ನಿಷೇಧಿತ ಪಟಾಕಿಗಳ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ, ಸಂಗ್ರಹ, ಮಾರಾಟ, ಬಳಕೆಯನ್ನು ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಂತಹ ಪಟಾಕಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಟ್ಟುಗೋಲು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡು, ಕಾನೂನು ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಾನೂನು ಪ್ರಕಾರ ತೀವ್ರವಾದ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಹಸಿರು ಪಟಾಕಿಯನ್ನಷ್ಟೇ ಬಳಸಿ, ದೀಪಾವಳಿಯನ್ನು ಬೆಳಕು– ಜ್ಞಾನದ ಹಬ್ಬವಾಗಿ ಆಚರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಸರ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಎಲ್ಲ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಗಳ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ವಾಯು ಮಾಲಿನ್ಯ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯವರು ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

 

ನಿಷೇಧಕ್ಕೆ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ: ಲಿಂಗರಾಜು

ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳು, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು, ಪೊಲೀಸ್‌ ಮಹಾ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಪೊಲೀಸ್‌ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ, ವಾಣಿಜ್ಯ, ಪಶು ಸಂಗೋಪನೆ, ಪೌರಾಡಳಿತ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರು, ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕ ಮಹಾ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಿಗೆ ನಿಷೇಧಿತ ಪಟಾಕಿಗಳ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆ, ಸಂಗ್ರಹ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರಾಟವನ್ನು ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಾಲಿನ್ಯ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣ ಮಂಡಳಿಯಿಂದ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ ಮೊದಲ ವಾರದಲ್ಲೇ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಉಲ್ಲಂಘಿಸಿದವರ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಕಾನೂನು ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಮೊಕದ್ದಮೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಲೂ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಸದಸ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ ಲಿಂಗರಾಜು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಈ ಸುತ್ತೋಲೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹಸಿರು ನ್ಯಾಯಮಂಡಳಿಯ ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದ ಸಮಿತಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ, ಜೀವಿಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಿಸರ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯವರಿಗೂ ಕಳಹಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

• Water is the lifeblood of the world – Water is the most precious resource needed by all living things. 

• Water has paved the way for the birth of civilization, which is why we call water the elixir of life

• In the rush of modernization and development, humans have become careless about water conservation

• Due to the effects of urbanization and industrialization, groundwater is being exploited intensively, forgetting its natural responsibility. 

• The rate of groundwater extraction has increased significantly, and today many taluks of our state are groundwater overuse areas

• In these areas, a situation has arisen where thousands of feet have to be drilled for a drop of water. 

• As the population increases, dependence on groundwater for agriculture, drinking water and other activities has increased. Due to this, the groundwater level is continuously declining. 

• Currently, humans are facing difficulties in all aspects of agriculture, dairy farming, drinking water, etc. 

• Our future existence is questionable because mankind has not considered groundwater as a fixed deposit given by our ancestors, but has used it in the form of debt.

• In this context, with the aim of increasing the groundwater level by conserving the natural water sources that have come as a gift from nature and the water sources created by our ancestors, an innovative program called "If there is water, tomorrow" has been formulated with the aim of laying a solid foundation for building a prosperous Karnataka. 

The government's goal is to build a prosperous, safe and sustainable Karnataka through this program to guarantee a beautiful and secure tomorrow.

*If there is water, tomorrow - water is the lifeblood of the world*

• The Minor Irrigation Department, which has been successfully managing projects to increase groundwater level, is implementing an ambitious project called "If there is water, tomorrow" under the guidance of Minister Shri N.S. Bhosaraju to overcome the water crisis. 

• Through this, the work of developing groundwater is being undertaken in rural areas with community participation.

• Through a special concept program called “If there is water, tomorrow is the day”, the main objective is to convey the importance of water, formulate a plan for the conservation of the state’s water resources, and make citizens partners in the water conservation campaign.

• In the first phase, this project is being implemented in 525 groundwater overuse gram panchayats in 27 taluks of 16 districts of the state. 

• Out of these, in more than 100 groundwater overuse gram panchayats of the Kalyana Karnataka region, the Minor Irrigation Department and the Kalyana Karnataka Regional Development Board have prepared groundwater development projects at a cost of Rs. 200 crore in the financial year 2025-26.

*Highlights of this program:*

• Famous Kannada film actor Shri Vashishta Simha has been appointed as the ambassador of the awareness campaign “If there is water, tomorrow is the day”. 

• Water security action plan will be prepared at the Gram Panchayat level 

• Emphasis will be placed on groundwater literacy in the state. This includes creating awareness at the school level about the availability of current situation and statistics in the state

• Emphasis on conservation and management of lakes through lake user associations. 

• Water aeration will be encouraged through several campaigns such as Lake Festivals, Groundwater is Our Life Water, and rainwater harvesting will be encouraged.

• Awareness will be raised about water use control through awareness campaigns and emphasis will be placed on groundwater literacy.

• Balancing water availability and use at the Gram Panchayat level. Through this, action will be taken to increase groundwater. 

• Every year, a special "If there is water, tomorrow's village meeting" will be organized on World Water Day regarding the preparation of a water security action plan at the Gram Panchayat level. 

• This Gram Sabha will receive suggestions on conservation of water bodies, groundwater extraction rate at the Gram Panchayat level, construction of water conservation structures, promotion of rainwater harvesting projects and other groundwater augmentation related issues.

• Consideration of implementing technology-based digital water stock for integrated management of water bodies

Through the implementation of this program, we aim to make the state of Karnataka water-rich.

• ಜಲ ಜಗದ ಜೀವಾಳ – ನೀರು ಸಕಲ ಜೀವರಾಶಿಗಳಿಗೂ ಬೇಕಾಗಿರುವ ಅತ್ಯಮೂಲ್ಯ ಸಂಪತ್ತು. 

• ನಾಗರೀಕತೆಯ ಜನನಕ್ಕೆ ಎರಕ ಹೊಯ್ದಿದ್ದು ನೀರು ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ನಾವು ನೀರನ್ನು ಜೀವಾಮೃತ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತೇವೆ

• ಆಧುನಿಕತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ದಿಯ ಭರಾಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿನ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾನವ ತಾತ್ಸಾರ ಹೊಂದುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾನೆ

• ನಗರೀಕರಣ ಹಾಗೂ ಕೈಗಾರಿಕರಣದ ಪರಿಣಾಮದಿಂದ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಹೊಣೆಗಾರಿಕೆ ಮರೆತು ಅಂತರ್ಜಲದ ಮೇಲೆ ತೀವ್ರ ಶೋಷಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. 

• ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಹೊರತಗೆಯುವಿಕೆಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಗಣನೀಯವಾಗಿ ಏರಿಕೆಯಾಗ ಇಂದು ನಮ್ಮ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಅನೇಕ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕುಗಳು ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಅತಿ ಬಳಕೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಾಗಿವೆ

• ಈ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹನಿ ನೀರಿಗಾಗಿ ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಅಡಿ ಕೊರೆಯಬೇಕಾದ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಉದ್ಭವವಾಗಿದೆ. 

• ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದಂತೆ, ಕೃಷಿ, ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಹಾಗೂ ಇತ್ಯಾದಿ ಚಟುವಟಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲದ ಮೇಲಿನ ಅವಲಂಬನೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದರಿಂದಾಗಿ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಮಟ್ಟ ನಿರಂತರವಾಗಿ ಕುಸಿಯುತ್ತಿದೆ. 

• ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಕೃಷಿ, ಹೈನುಗಾರಿಕೆ, ಕುಡಿಯುವ ನೀರು ಹೀಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟ ಎದುರಾಗಿದೆ. 

• ಅಂತರ್ಜಲವನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವಜರು ನೀಡಿದ ನಿಶ್ಚಿತ ಠೇವಣಿ ಎಂದು ಮಾನವ ಸಂಕುಲ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸದೇ, ಸಾಲದ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಳಸಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ನಮ್ಮ ಭವಿಷ್ಯದ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವ ಪ್ರಶ್ನಾರ್ಹವಾಗಿದೆ.

• ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಯಿಂದ ವರದಾನವಾಗಿ ಬಂದಿರುವ ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ನಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ವಜರು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿದ ಜಲಮೂಲಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಮಟ್ಟ ವೃದ್ಧಿಸಿ ಸಮೃದ್ಧ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಕ್ಕೆ ಭದ್ರ *ಅಡಿಪಾಯ ಹಾಕುವ ಉದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ* "ನೀರಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾಳೆ” ಎನ್ನುವ ವಿನೂತನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. 

ಸುಂದರ ಹಾಗೂ ಸುಭದ್ರ ನಾಳೆಗಳ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿಗೆ ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಮೃದ್ಧ, ಸುಭದ್ರ, ಹಾಗೂ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸೋದು ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.

*ನೀರಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾಳೆ – ಜಲವೇ ಜಗದ ಜೀವಾಳ*

• ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಮಟ್ಟ ವೃದ್ಧಿಸುವ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ಸಣ್ಣ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ನೀರಿನ ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಚಿವರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಎನ್.ಎಸ್. ಭೋಸರಾಜು ಅವರ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ವಾಕಾಂಕ್ಷಿಯ “ನೀರಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾಳೆ” ಎಂಬ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತರಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. 

• ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ, ಸಮುದಾಯ ಸಹಭಾಗಿತ್ವದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸುವ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಕೈಗೆತ್ತಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

• “ನೀರಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾಳೆ” ಎನ್ನುವ ವಿಶೇಷ ಪರಿಕಲ್ಪನೆಯ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀರಿನ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ತಿಳಿಸುವುದು, ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜಲ ಮೂಲಗಳ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಯೋಜನೆ ರೂಪಿಸುವುದು, ನಾಗರಿಕರನ್ನು ನೀರಿನ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆಯ ಅಭಿಯಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲುದಾರರನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡುವುದು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಉದ್ದೇಶವಾಗಿದೆ.

• ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ 16 ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳ 27 ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕುಗಳ 525 ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಅತಿಬಳಕೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. 

• ಈ ಪೈಕಿ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭಾಗದ 100ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಅತಿಬಳಕೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಣ್ಣ ನೀರಾವರಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪ್ರದೇಶಾಭಿವೃದ್ದಿ ಮಂಡಳಿ ವತಿಯಿಂದ 2025-26ನೇ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ 200 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

*ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಪ್ರಮುಖಾಂಶಗಳು:*

• ಕನ್ನಡ ಚಿತ್ರರಂಗದ ಖ್ಯಾತ ನಟರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ವಶಿಷ್ಟ ಸಿಂಹ ಅವರನ್ನು ನೀರಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾಳೆ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಅಭಿಯಾನದ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಯನ್ನಾಗಿ ನೇಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. 

• ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿನ ಭದ್ರತೆಯ ಕ್ರಿಯಾ ಯೋಜನೆ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು 

• ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಸಾಕ್ಷರತೆಗೆ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಅಂಕಿ ಅಂಶದ ಲಭ್ಯತೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಶಾಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟಗಳಲ್ಲೇ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸುವ ಕ್ರಮ

• ಕೆರೆ ಬಳಕೆದಾರರ ಸಂಘಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೆರೆಗಳ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗೆ ಒತ್ತು. 

• ಕೆರೆ ಹಬ್ಬಗಳು ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ನಮ್ಮ ಜೀವ ಜಲ ಎನ್ನುವ ಹಲವಾರು ಅಭಿಯಾನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀರಿನ ವಾಯುವರ್ಧಕ ಬಳಕೆಗೆ ಉತ್ತೇಜನ, ಮಳೆ ನೀರು ಕೊಯ್ಲು ಪದ್ದತಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತೇಜನ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

• ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಅಭಿಯಾನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ನೀರಿನ ಬಳಕೆಯ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಣದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸುವುದು ಹಾಗೂ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಸಾಕ್ಷರತೆಗೆ ಒತ್ತು ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.

• ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯ್ತಿ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿನ ಲಭ್ಯತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅದರ ಬಳಕೆಯನ್ನು ಸಮತೋಲನಗೊಳಿಸುವುದು. ಈ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ವೃದ್ದಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವುದು. 

• ಪ್ರತಿ ವರ್ಷಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀರಿನ ಭದ್ರತಾ ಕ್ರಿಯಾ ಯೋಜನೆ ಸಿದ್ಧಪಡಿಸುವ ಸಂಬಂಧ ವಿಶ್ವ ಜಲ ದಿನದಂದು ವಿಶೇಷ "ನೀರಿದ್ದರೆ ನಾಳೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಸಭೆ" ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. 

• ಈ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜಲಮೂಲಗಳ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣೆ, ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತಿ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಹೊರತೆಗೆಯುವಿಕೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ, ಜಲ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಣಾ ರಚನೆಗಳ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ, ಮಳೆ ನೀರು ಕೊಯ್ಲು ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಪ್ರೋತ್ಸಾಹ ಹಾಗು ಇತರೆ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ವಿಚಾರಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸಲಹೆ ಸೂಚನೆ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವುದು.

• ಜಲಮೂಲಗಳ ಸಮಗ್ರ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಗೆ ತಂತ್ರಜ್ಞಾನ ಆಧಾರಿತ ಡಿಜಿಟಲ್‌ ವಾಟರ್‌ ಸ್ಟಾಕ್‌ ಅಳವಡಿಕೆಗೆ ಚಿಂತನೆ

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಜಲ ಸಮೃದ್ದಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಗುರಿಯನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದೇವೆ.

‘An amendment has been brought to the Lake Conservation and Development Authority (Amendment) Bill – 2025,’ said Legislative Assembly Secretary M.K. Vishalakshi.

This is an amendment that redefines the buffer zone of lakes. The buffer zone has been fixed in meters from the revenue boundary of the lake.

Report to Governor soon : Minor Irrigation Minister N.S. Bosaraju

An explanation will be submitted to the Governor soon with the advice of legal experts regarding the amendment bill related to the buffer zone of lakes, said Minor Irrigation Minister N.S. Bosaraju.

‘This historic amendment has been made through a scientific study. The Governor has sought an explanation based on a complaint from a Bengaluru-based organization. In this context, the necessary explanation will be submitted,’ he said.

‘A committee headed by the Chief Secretary and comprising members of the secretaries of the concerned departments prepared the amendment bill as per the decision and presented it in both the Houses. This has also been approved by both the Houses. In the wake of the complaint, the Governor has sought an explanation and an explanation is being prepared for this,’ he said.

ಕೆರೆಗಳ ಬಫರ್‌ ಝೋನ್‌ ವಲಯವನ್ನು ಮರುನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ತಿದ್ದೋಲೆ ಇದಾಗಿದೆ. ಕೆರೆಯ ಕಂದಾಯ ಗಡಿಯಿಂದ ಬಫರ್‌ ವಲಯವನ್ನು ಮೀಟರ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

‘ಈ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿಯು ವೈಜ್ಞಾನಿಕವಾದ ಅಧ್ಯಯನದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಮೂಲದ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ದೂರಿನ ಅನ್ವಯ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ವಿವರಣೆ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಹಿನ್ನೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಗತ್ಯ ವಿವರಣೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು’ ಎಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

‘ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯವರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂಬಂಧಿತ ಇಲಾಖೆಗಳ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಗಳ ಸದಸ್ಯರನ್ನೊಳಗೊಂಡ ಸಮಿತಿಯು ನಿರ್ಧಾರದಂತೆ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ವಿಧೇಯಕವನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಿ ಉಭಯ ಸದನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಂಡಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ಉಭಯ ಸದನದಲ್ಲೂ ಒಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ದೊರೆತಿದೆ. ದೂರಿನ ಹಿನ್ನಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಪಾಲರು ವಿವರಣೆ ಕೇಳಿದ್ದು, ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿವರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಸಿದ್ದಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

Bengaluru: The September salary of the staff of Greater Bengaluru and five municipal corporations has not been paid.

On September 2, the BBMP was dissolved and the Greater Bengaluru Authority was formed. Five municipal corporations also came into existence. Knowing this, the BBMP officials had paid the August salary in the last week of that month. But the GBA and municipal corporations have not paid the September salary even after a month of their existence, even by October 4.

GBA Chief Commissioner Maheshwar Rao had said that money has been transferred to the bank accounts of municipal corporations for emergency management and staff salaries. In previous years, there was a process of paying the staff in advance and early during the Ayudha Puja. But this time, the staff complained that the salary has not been paid even though Ayudha Puja and Vijayadashami have passed.

‘In the previous 10 years of the corporation, the employees have not faced such a miserable situation. The Greater Bengaluru Authority was formed on September 2. "No action has been taken to pay the September salary till date," said A. Amrit Raj, a city corporation officer and president of the employees' welfare association of the Greater Bengaluru Authority.

"Meanwhile, B and C grade staff of the city corporations have been assigned for the work of the Social and Educational Survey 2025, but the salary bill has not been prepared in any office of the corporation. There is no staff in the accounts department to take action regarding the payment of that bill. They are all actively involved in election duty, survey work and other work," he said.

"We will continue to perform our duties in the same way. However, in a big city like Bangalore, if the salary is not paid on time, we will have to face many problems. In such a situation, we kindly request the higher officials of the corporation to pay attention to this matter and pay the September salary quickly," he said.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಗ್ರೇಟರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಹಾಗೂ ಐದು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ವೇತನ ಪಾವತಿಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.

ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 2 ರಂದು ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ವಿಸರ್ಜನೆಯಾಗಿ  ಗ್ರೇಟರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರವಾಯಿತು. ಐದು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳೂ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದವು. ಇದನ್ನು ಅರಿತಿದ್ದ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ಆ ತಿಂಗಳ ಕೊನೆಯ ವಾರದಲ್ಲೇ ಪಾವತಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ಜಿಬಿಎ, ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳು ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವಕ್ಕೆ ಬಂದು ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳಾದರೂ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ 4 ಕ್ಕಾದರೂ ಪಾವತಿಸಿಲ್ಲ.

ತುರ್ತು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ, ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ವೇತನಕ್ಕೆ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ಹಣ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಜಿಬಿಎ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತ ಮಹೇಶ್ವರ್ ರಾವ್ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದರು. ಈ ಹಿಂದಿನ ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯುಧಪೂಜೆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಗೆ ಮುಂಗಡ, ಬೇಗ ವೇತನ ಪಾವತಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಇತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಈ ಬಾರಿ  ಆಯುಧಪೂಜೆ, ವಿಜಯ ದಶಮಿ ಮುಗಿದು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದರೂ ವೇತನ ಪಾವತಿಸಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ದೂರಿದರು.

‘ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ಹಿಂದಿನ 10 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಎಂದು ನೌಕರರಿಗೆ ಇಂತಹ ದಯನೀಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಎದುರಾಗಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 2 ರಂದು ಗ್ರೇಟರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ ರಚನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ದಿನದವರೆಗೂ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸಿಲ್ಲ’ ಎಂದು ಗ್ರೇಟರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ, ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಮತ್ತು ನೌಕರರ ಕ್ಷೇಮಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಂಘದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಎ. ಅಮೃತ್ ರಾಜ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

‘ಈ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಮತ್ತು ಶೈಕ್ಷಣಿಕ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ 2025 ರ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ಬಿ ಮತ್ತು ಸಿ ದರ್ಜೆಯ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದು ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಯಾವ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಸಹ ವೇತನ ಬಿಲ್ಲನ್ನು ತಯಾರಿಸಲಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಆ ಬಿಲ್ಲನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಲು ಲೆಕ್ಕ ಶಾಖೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅವರೆಲ್ಲ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ, ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇತರೆ ಕೆಲಸ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಕ್ರಿಯವಾಗಿ ತೊಡಗಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ’ ಎಂದರು.

‘ನಾವೆಲ್ಲ ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಸಹ ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಆದರೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಂತಹ ಒಂದು ದೊಡ್ಡ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ವೇತನ ಪಾವತಿಯಾಗದೆ ಇದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಲವಾರು ತೊಂದರೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಯಮಾಡಿ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಉನ್ನತ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಈ ವಿಷಯದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಿ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ ವೇತನವನ್ನು ತ್ವರಿತವಾಗಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕೆಂದು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತೇವೆ’ ಎಂದರು.

Bengaluru: Although there are rules that the areas of one assembly constituency should be in one City corporation, the areas under the jurisdiction of five assembly constituencies have been divided among more than two City corporations.

According to Sub-section 3 of the Greater Bangalore Administration Act-2024 (GBGA) Chapter 4, the formation of City corporations, ‘an assembly constituency shall not be divided into two or more municipal corporations’. However, as per the draft notification for the ward re-demarcation of City corporations, a total of 19 wards under the jurisdiction of Rajarajeshwari Nagar assembly constituency have been divided among three City corporations.

There are 13 wards in the West City Corporation, five in the North CITY Corporation and one in the South CITY Corporation.

Out of 12 wards in the Yeshwanthpur assembly constituency, one ward is in the South CITY Corporation, while the remaining 11 wards are in the West CITY Corporation. Out of 18 wards in the Dasarahalli assembly constituency, 8 wards are in the North Municipal Corporation, while the West CITY Corporation has 10 wards. Out of 14 wards in the Padmanabhagar assembly constituency, 6 wards are in the South CITY Corporation and 8 wards are in the West CITY Corporation. Out of 24 wards in the Mahadevapura assembly constituency, only one ward is in the South CITY Corporation, while the remaining 23 wards are in the East CITY Corporation.

 The average ward population of all five city corporations has been re-allocated to 25 thousand. Each ward has a population of 20,000 to 27,000 out of a total of 368 wards.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಒಂದು ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳು ಒಂದು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲೇ ಇರಬೇಕೆಂಬ ನಿಯಮಗಳಿದ್ದರೂ, ಐದು ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರಗಳ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳು ಎರಡಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯಾಗಿವೆ.

ಗ್ರೇಟರ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಆಡಳಿತ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ-2024 (ಜಿಬಿಜಿಎ) ಅಧ್ಯಾಯ 4ರ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ರಚನೆಯ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣ 3ರ ಪ್ರಕಾರ, ‘ಒಂದು ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವನ್ನು ಎರಡು ಅಥವಾ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಭಜಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದಲ್ಲ’. ಆದರೆ, ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಪುನರ್ ವಿಂಗಡಣೆಯ ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಂತೆ, ರಾಜರಾಜೇಶ್ವರಿ ನಗರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಒಟ್ಟು 19 ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳು ಮೂರು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯಾಗಿವೆ.

ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 13 ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳಿದ್ದರೆ, ಉತ್ತರ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಐದು ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಇದೆ.

ಯಶವಂತಪುರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ 12 ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವಾರ್ಡ್ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೆ, ಉಳಿದ 11 ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳು ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿವೆ. ದಾಸರಹಳ್ಳಿ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ 18 ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 8 ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳು ಉತ್ತರ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೆ, ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 10 ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳಿವೆ. ಪದ್ಮನಾಭಗರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ 14 ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 6 ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 8 ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳು ಹಂಚಿಕೆಯಾಗಿವೆ. ಮಹದೇವಪುರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ 24 ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಮಾತ್ರ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದು, ಉಳಿದ 23 ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳು ಪೂರ್ವ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿವೆ.

25 ಸಾವಿರ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ:

 ಐದೂ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಸರಾಸರಿ 25 ಸಾವಿರವಿರುವಂತೆ ಪುನರ್ ವಿಂಗಡಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಒಟ್ಟು 368 ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಜನಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 20 ಸಾವಿರದಿಂದ 27 ಸಾವಿರ ಇದೆ.

The ward covering Kalasipalya areas under the jurisdiction of Bangalore Central City Corporation has been named after literary figure D.V. Gumpa. The ward covering Jayanagar T-block areas of South City Corporation has been named after former President Abdul Kalam, and the ward covering the areas of Kumaraswamy Layout 2nd phase has been named after Abdul Kalam Azad, who was the education minister.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಕಲಾಸಿಪಾಳ್ಯದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು  ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ಸಾಹಿತಿ ಡಿ.ವಿ. ಗುಂಪ್ಪ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ಜಯನಗರ ಟಿ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‌ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗೆ ಮಾಜಿ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರಪತಿ ಅಬ್ದುಲ್‌ ಕಲಾಂ, ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಚಿವರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಅಬ್ದುಲ್ ಕಲಾಂ ಆಜಾದ್‌ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಕುಮಾಸ್ವಾಮಿ ಲೇಔಟ್‌ 2ನೇ ಹಂತದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗೆ ಇಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ವಿಶೇಷ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಹಾಗೂ ಸಾಧಕರ ಹೆಸರು ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ಈ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎರಡನೇ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದರೆ,  ಕೇಂದ್ರ, ಉತ್ತರ, ಪೂರ್ವ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳು ನಂತರದ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿವೆ.

ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಮಾಕ್ಷಿ ಪಾಳ್ಯ ಪ್ರದೇಶ, ಕೆಂಪಾಪುರ ಅಗ್ರಹಾರ, ಮಾಗಡಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ಕೆಎಚ್‌ಬಿ ಕಾಲೊನಿ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುವ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರಾದ ‘ಮಂಗಲ್‌ ಪಾಂಡೆ’, ‘ಸಂಗೊಳ್ಳಿ ರಾಯಣ್ಣ’, ’ರಾಣಿ ಝಾನ್ಸಿ’ ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಶಂಕರನಗರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗೆ ಮೈಸೂರಿನ ಮಹಾರಾಜರಾದ ‘ನಾಲ್ವಡಿ ಕೃಷ್ಣರಾಜ ಒಡೆಯರ್‌’, ಬಾಪೂಜಿನಗರ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗೆ ವಿಜಯನಗರದ ಅರಸು ‘ಕೃಷ್ಣದೇವರಾಯ’, ಕಂಠೀರವ ಸ್ಟುಡಿಯೊ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗೆ ನಟ ‘ಡಾ. ಪುನೀತ್‌ ರಾಜ್‌ಕುಮಾರ್‌:, ದಾಸರಹಳ್ಳಿ–ರಾಜಗೋಪಾಲ ನಗರ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗೆ ರಾಜಕಾರಣಿ ಶಾಂತವೇರಿ ಗೋಪಾಲಗೌಡ, ಪೀಣ್ಯ ಅಂದ್ರಹಳ್ಳಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗೆ ‘ನಾಡಪ್ರಭು ಕೆಂಪೇಗೌಡ ನಗರ’, ನಂದಿನಿ ಲೇಔಟ್‌ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗೆ ‘ಕಿತ್ತೂರು ರಾಣಿ ಚನ್ನಮ್ಮ’ ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಲಗ್ಗೆರೆ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗೆ ‘ಫ್ರೀಡಂ ಫೈಟರ್‌ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌’ ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ, ರಾಜಾಜಿನಗರ 4ನೇ ಎಂ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‌ ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗೆ ಜ್ಞಾನಪೀಠ ಪುರಸ್ಕೃತ  ದ.ರಾ. ಬೇಂದ್ರೆ, ರಾಜಾಜಿನಗರ 6ನೇ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‌ಗೆ ‘ಡಾ. ರಾಜ್‌ಕುಮಾರ್‌’ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೊಸಕೆರೆಹಳ್ಳಿ ಬಡಾವಣೆ, ಬನಶಂಕರಿ 3ನೇ ಹಂತದ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗೆ ‘ಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಿವೇಕಾನಂದ’ ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಚಿಕ್ಕಲಸಂದ್ರ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ‘ಸಾರ್ವಭೌಮನಗರ’, ಕೋರಮಂಗಲ 6ನೇ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‌ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಹೋರಾಟಗಾರರಾದ ‘ಅನಿಬೆಸೆಂಟ್‌’, ಬಿಟಿಎಂ ಲೇಔಟ್‌ 1ನೇ ಹಂತಕ್ಕೆ ‘ವಿಶ್ವಮಾನವ ಕುವೆಂಪು’ ಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿಯ ಕೆ.ಆರ್‌. ಲೇಔಟ್‌ಗೆ ‘ಕೆಂಗಲ್‌ ಹನುಮಂತಯ್ಯ’ ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಕೇಂದ್ರ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಇಟ್ಟಗೆ ಆಂಜನಪ್ಪ ಲೇನ್‌, ಚೌಡಪ್ಪ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ‘ಐಡಿಪಿ ಸಾಲಪ್ಪ’, ಮಂಜುನಾಥ ನಗರ ಬಿ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್, ಗಾಂಧಿನಗರ ಪ್ರದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ‘ಸುಭಾಶ್ಚಂದ್ರ ಬೋಸ್‌’ ಎಂದು ನಾಮಕರಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಉತ್ತರ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿದಾಯತ್ ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ‘ಸಮಾಧಾನ ನಗರ’, ಎಚ್‌ಬಿಆರ್‌ ಲೇಔಟ್‌ 5ನೇ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‌ಗೆ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ತಜ್ಞೆ ‘ಅರುಣಾ ಆಸಿಫ್‌ ಅಲಿ’, ದೇವರಜೀವನಹಳ್ಳಿಗೆ ‘ದೊಡ್ಡಣ್ಣನಗರ’ ಎಂದು ಹೆಸರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಪೂರ್ವ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೊಟ್ಟೂರು–ದರ್ಗಾ ಮೊಹಲ್ಲಾಗೆ ಕವಿ ‘ಕೆ.ಎಸ್‌. ನಿಸಾರ್‌ ಅಹಮದ್’,  ಕಗ್ಗದಾಸಪುರ ಮುಖ್ಯರಸ್ತೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ‘ತಲಕಾವೇರಿ’ ಎಂದು ನಾಮಕರಣ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

Greater Bengaluru: Wards of five City corporations published… ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಐದು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ಕರಡು ಪ್ರಕಟ

Bengaluru: Five municipal corporations under the jurisdiction of Greater Bangalore Authority (GBA) have re-delineated their wards and the Urban Development Department has issued a draft notification.

63 wards have been formed in Bangalore Central Municipal Corporation, 72 wards in Bangalore South Municipal Corporation, 50 wards in Bangalore East Municipal Corporation, 111 wards in Bangalore West Municipal Corporation and 72 wards in Bangalore North Municipal Corporation.

A Ward Re-Delineation Commission has been constituted under the chairmanship of the Chief Commissioner of Greater Bangalore Authority for the re-delineation of the wards of all the five municipal corporations. The re-delineation of the wards has been done under sub-sections (1) and (3) of Section 29 of the Greater Bangalore Administration Act-2024.

The government issued guidelines for the re-delineation of wards of municipal corporations on September 2. Accordingly, the Ward Re-delineation Commission submitted the report of the Ward Re-delineation to the government on September 30.

The government, having accepted the report of the Ward Re-delineation Commission, has announced the draft ward-wise re-delineation of 63 wards in the Bangalore Central Municipal Corporation, 72 wards in the Bangalore South Municipal Corporation, 50 wards in the Bangalore East Municipal Corporation, 111 wards in the Bangalore West Municipal Corporation and 72 wards in the Bangalore North Municipal Corporation based on the 2011 Census.

If there are any objections/suggestions, the public should submit their full address, signature, and a suitable reason-explanation in writing to the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government, Urban Development Department, Room No. 436, 4th Floor, Vikas Soudha, A. B. R. Ambedkar Road, Bangalore- 560001 by 5 pm on October 15, the Urban Development Department said in a statement.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಐದು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ಕರಡು ಪ್ರಕಟ

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರ (ಜಿಬಿಎ) ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಐದು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಮರುವಿಂಗಡಣೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ  ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 63 ವಾರ್ಡ್‌, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 72 ವಾರ್ಡ್‌, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪೂರ್ವ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 50 ವಾರ್ಡ್‌, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 111 ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಉತ್ತರ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 72  ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಐದೂ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಮರುವಿಂಗಡಣೆಗೆ  ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತರ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಪುನರ್‌ ವಿಂಗಡಣಾ ಆಯೋಗವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಆಡಳಿತ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ–2024ರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ 29ರ ಉಪ ಪ್ರಕರಣ (1) ಮತ್ತು (3)ರ ಅನ್ವಯ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಪುನರ್‌ ವಿಂಗಡಣೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

 ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಪುನರ್‌ ವಿಂಗಡಣೆಗೆ ಮಾರ್ಗಸೂಚಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್‌ 2ರಂದು ಹೊರಡಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಅದರಂತೆ, ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಪುನರ್‌ ವಿಂಗಡಣಾ ಆಯೋಗವು ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್‌ 30ರಂದು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಪುನರ್‌ ವಿಂಗಡಣಾ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದೆ.

ಸರ್ಕಾರವು, ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಪುನರ್‌ ವಿಂಗಡಣಾ ಆಯೋಗದ ವರದಿಯನ್ನು ಒಪ್ಪಿ, ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಆಡಳಿತ ಕಾಯ್ದೆ–2024ರ ಪ್ರಕರಣ 29ರಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರದತ್ತವಾದ ಅಧಿಕಾರದನ್ವಯ 2011ರ ಜನಗಣತಿಯ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ, ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 63 ವಾರ್ಡ್‌, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 72 ವಾರ್ಡ್‌, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪೂರ್ವ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 50 ವಾರ್ಡ್‌, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 111 ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಉತ್ತರ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 72  ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಕರಡು ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ವಾರು ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರ ಪುನರ್‌ ವಿಂಗಡಣೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಯಾವುದೇ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪ/ ಸಲಹೆಗಳಿದ್ದರೆ ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಪೂರ್ಣ ವಿಳಾಸ, ಸಹಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ ಕಾರಣ–ವಿವರಣೆಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಲಿಖಿತ ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿ, ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ, ಕೊಠಡಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ 436, 4ನೇ ಮಹಡಿ, ವಿಕಾಸ ಸೌಧ, ಆ. ಬಿ.ಆರ್‌. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್‌ ವೀದಿ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು– 560001 ಇವರಿಗೆ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ 15ರ ಸಂಜೆ 5ರೊಳಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದೆ.
