‘B-Smile’ aims to build 100 km service road by March 2026

Bengaluru: Bangalore Smart Infrastructure Limited (B-Smile) has launched the first phase of the project to build a service road in the buffer zone of Rajakaluve.
In the first phase, about 42 km of road is being built in the buffer zone of Rajakaluve around Mysore Road, Outer Ring Road and Bellary Road, Nagawara Roads. For this, B-Smile has called for short-term tenders and plans to finalize everything on August 18 and issue work orders by the end of the month.
In the first phase, the target is to build 42 km service road in four packages in six months at a cost of ₹75 crore. The width of the service road will be decided according to the measurement of the Rajakaluva. The service road will be provided with a minimum width of 30 feet to a maximum width of 80 feet.
‘The buffer zone of the first phase of the Rajakaluva will be 50 meters from the center of the canal. In this, the canal will be 15 meters wide. 15 meters will be left for fire brigade services and facilities (fire sediment). There will be a 15-meter setback. The remaining space will be used for the service road. Similarly, in the second phase of the Rajakaluva, there will be a 5-meter buffer zone with a 8-meter setback. In the third phase of the Rajakaluva, there will be a 15-meter buffer zone with a 3-meter canal and a 3-meter setback. In addition, the ‘Akasha Gopura’ project was built by BDA itself with its own resources, and the government has transferred that project from B-Smile to BDA. ’ B-Smile’s Technical Director B.S. ‘A 300 km service road in the city will be built in the buffer zone of Rajakaluve in the next two years. A phased plan has been drawn up for this. Since TDR is given to properties in the buffer zone, the cost of land acquisition will not be applicable,’ said B-Smile’s Technical Director B.S. Prahlad.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ರಾಜಕಾಲುವೆಯ ಬಫರ್ ಝೋನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಪ್ರಥಮ ಹಂತದ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸ್ಮಾರ್ಟ್ ಇನ್ಫ್ರಾಸ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಚರ್ ನಿಯಮಿತ (ಬಿ–ಸ್ಮೈಲ್) ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.
ಮೈಸೂರು ರಸ್ತೆ, ಹೊರವರ್ತುಲ ರಸ್ತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ರಸ್ತೆ, ನಾಗವಾರ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ರಾಜಕಾಲುವೆಗಳ ಬಫರ್ ಝೋನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 42 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಿ–ಸ್ಮೈಲ್ ಅಲ್ಪಾವಧಿ ಟೆಂಡರ್ ಕರೆದಿದ್ದು, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್ 18ರಂದು ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಅಂತಿಮಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ತಿಂಗಳಾಂತ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾದೇಶ ನೀಡಲು ಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ₹75 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜ್ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 42 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಗುರಿ ಹೊಂದಲಾಗಿದೆ. ರಾಜಕಾಲುವೆಯ ಅಳತೆಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಅಗಲ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 30 ಅಡಿಯಿಂದ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 80 ಅಡಿ ಅಗಲದವರೆಗೆ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಜಾಗ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ.
‘ಪ್ರಥಮ ಹಂತದ ರಾಜಕಾಲುವೆಯ ಬಫರ್ ಝೋನ್ ಕಾಲುವೆಯ ಮಧ್ಯಭಾಗದಿಂದ 50 ಮೀಟರ್ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲುವೆಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿ 15 ಮೀಟರ್ ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ. 15 ಮೀಟರ್ ಅನ್ನು ಅಗ್ನಿಶಾಮಕ ದಳದ ಸೇವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸೌಲಭ್ಯಕ್ಕಾಗಿ (ಫೈರ್ ಸೆಡಿಮೆಂಟ್) ಬಿಡಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. 15 ಮೀಟರ್ ಸೆಟ್ಬ್ಯಾಕ್ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಉಳಿದ ಜಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದೇ ರೀತಿ, ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಹಂತದ ರಾಜಕಾಲುವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 25 ಮೀಟರ್ ಬಫರ್ ಝೋನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ 5 ಮೀಟರ್ ಕಾಲುವೆ, 8 ಮೀಟರ್ ಸೆಟ್ಬ್ಯಾಕ್ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ತೃತೀಯ ಹಂತದ ರಾಜಕಾಲುವೆಯ 15 ಮೀಟರ್ ಬಫರ್ ಝೋನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ 3 ಮೀಟರ್ ಕಾಲುವೆ, 3 ಮೀಟರ್ ಸೆಟ್ಬ್ಯಾಕ್ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ, ‘ಆಕಾಶ ಗೋಪುರ’ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಎಯೇ ತನ್ನ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲದಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು, ಆ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬಿ–ಸ್ಮೈಲ್ನಿಂದ ಬಿಡಿಎಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಿದೆ. ’ ಎಂದು ಬಿ–ಸ್ಮೈಲ್ನ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್. ಪ್ರಹ್ಲಾದ್ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.
2 ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ 300 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ರಸ್ತೆ: ಪ್ರಹ್ಲಾದ್
‘ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ 300 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ರಾಜಕಾಲುವೆಯ ಬಫರ್ ಝೋನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನೆರಡು ವರ್ಷದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹಂತಹಂತದ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ರೂಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಬಫರ್ ಝೋನ್ನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಟಿಡಿಆರ್ ನೀಡುವುದರಿಂದ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನದ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ’ ಎಂದು ಬಿ–ಸ್ಮೈಲ್ನ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಬಿ.ಎಸ್. ಪ್ರಹ್ಲಾದ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
