Bengaluru: ‘Bangalore Smart Infrastructure Limited’ (B-Smile) has proposed to construct a service road in the buffer zone of Rajakaluve between Bellandur Lake and Varthur Lake within six months.

B-Smile has launched the second phase of the project to construct a service road in the buffer zone of Rajakaluve, and will construct an 18.23 km road at a cost of ₹22.75 crore.

Construction of a service road from Bellandur Lake Kodi to Virginia Mall at the old airport, along with protection and development work on Rajakaluve, will also be carried out. B-Smile has called for tenders for this and is aiming to complete the process in October and complete the work in the next six months.

Service Road: A service road will be constructed in the Rajakaluve buffer zone from Prestige Beta Tech Park to Kariyammana Agrahara Road, Kariyammana Agrahara Road to Prestige Park Elant Block (both sides), along the inlet canal, from Prestige Park Elant to 100 feet roundabout (both sides), from 100 feet roundabout to Railway Bridge (both sides) and from Railway Bridge to Vibgayar High School Road (both sides).

While constructing a service road in the Rajakaluve buffer zone, the work should be carried out without harming the environment in any way. There should be no pollution, noise or other problems. It is a condition that all the rules of the state government and other authorities regarding environmental protection should be followed.

First phase: In the first phase, about 42 km of road is being constructed in the buffer zone of the Rajakaluves around Mysore Road, Outer Ring Road and Bellary Road, Nagawara Road. B-Smile will issue work orders for this soon. 

In the first phase, the target is to construct 42 km of service road in four packages at a cost of ₹75 crore in six months. The width of the service road will be decided according to the measurement of the Rajakaluve. Officials said that space will be available for the service road from a minimum of 30 feet to a maximum of 80 feet wide.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಬೆಳ್ಳಂದೂರು ಕೆರೆ – ವರ್ತೂರು ಕೆರೆ ನಡುವಿನ ರಾಜಕಾಲುವೆಗಳ ಬಫರ್‌ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್‌ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ‘ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸ್ಮಾರ್ಟ್‌ ಇನ್‌ಫ್ರಾಸ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಚರ್‌ ಲಿಮಿಟೆಡ್‌ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆ’ (ಬಿ–ಸ್ಮೈಲ್‌) ಮುಂದಾಗಿದೆ.

ರಾಜಕಾಲುವೆಗಳ ಬಫರ್‌ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್‌ ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಎರಡನೇ ಹಂತದ ಯೋಜನೆಗೆ ಬಿ–ಸ್ಮೈಲ್‌ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, 18.23 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ₹22.75 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಿದೆ.

ಬೆಳ್ಳಂದೂರು ಕೆರೆ ಕೋಡಿಯಿಂದ ಹಳೆ ವಿಮಾನ ನಿಲ್ದಾಣದ ವರ್ಜಿನಿಯಾ ಮಾಲ್‌ವರೆಗೆ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್‌ ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜಕಾಲುವೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ, ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯನ್ನೂ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಿ–ಸ್ಮೈಲ್‌ ಟೆಂಡರ್‌ ಕರೆದಿದ್ದು, ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಮುಗಿಸಿ, ನಂತರದ ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಗುರಿ ಹೊಂದಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಸರ್ವಿಸ್‌ ರಸ್ತೆ: ಪ್ರೆಸ್ಟೀಜ್‌ ಬೀಟಾ ಟೆಕ್‌ ಪಾರ್ಕ್‌ನಿಂದ ಕರಿಯಮ್ಮನ ಅಗ್ರಹಾರ ರಸ್ತೆ, ಕರಿಯಮ್ಮನ ಅಗ್ರಹಾರ ರಸ್ತೆಯಿಂದ ಪ್ರೆಸ್ಟೀಜ್‌ ಪಾರ್ಕ್‌ ಎಲಾನ್ತ್‌ ಬ್ಲಾಕ್‌ (ಎರಡೂ ಕಡೆ), ಒಳಹರಿವು ಕಾಲುವೆ ಪಕ್ಕ, ಪ್ರೆಸ್ಟೀಜ್‌ ಪಾರ್ಕ್ ಎಲಾನ್ತ್‌ನಿಂದ 100 ಅಡಿ ವರ್ತುಲ ರಸ್ತೆ (ಎರಡೂ ಕಡೆ), 100 ಅಡಿ ವರ್ತುಲ ರಸ್ತೆಯಿಂದ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಬ್ರಿಡ್ಜ್‌ (ಎರಡೂ ಕಡೆ) ಹಾಗೂ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಬ್ರಿಡ್ಜ್‌ನಿಂದ ವಿಬ್‌ಗಯಾರ್‌ ಪ್ರೌಢ ಶಾಲೆ ರಸ್ತೆ (ಎರಡೂ ಬದಿ) ಕಡೆಯವರೆಗೆ ರಾಜಕಾಲುವೆ ಬಫರ್‌ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣವಾಗಲಿದೆ. 

ರಾಜಕಾಲುವೆ ಬಫರ್‌ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಪರಿಸರಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಧಕ್ಕೆಯಾಗದಂತೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ನಡೆಸಬೇಕು. ಮಾಲಿನ್ಯ, ಶಬ್ದ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರೆ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳೂ ಉಂಟಾಗಬಾರದು. ಪರಿಸರ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹಾಗೂ ಇತರೆ ಪ‍್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲ ನಿಯಮಗಳನ್ನೂ ಪಾಲಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಷರತ್ತು ವಿಧಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತ: ಮೈಸೂರು ರಸ್ತೆ, ಹೊರವರ್ತುಲ ರಸ್ತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿ ರಸ್ತೆ, ನಾಗವಾರ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳ ಸುತ್ತಮುತ್ತಲಿನ ರಾಜಕಾಲುವೆಗಳ ಬಫರ್‌ ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 42 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಬಿ–ಸ್ಮೈಲ್‌ ಸದ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಕಾರ್ಯಾದೇಶ ನೀಡಲಿದೆ. 

ಮೊದಲ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿ ₹75 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ನಾಲ್ಕು ಪ್ಯಾಕೇಜ್‌ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 42 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್‌ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಆರು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸುವ ಗುರಿ ಹೊಂದಲಾಗಿದೆ. ರಾಜಕಾಲುವೆಯ ಅಳತೆಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್‌ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಅಗಲ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಕನಿಷ್ಠ 30 ಅಡಿಯಿಂದ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 80 ಅಡಿ ಅಗಲದವರೆಗೆ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್‌ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಜಾಗ ಸಿಗಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
