Bengaluru 5 City Corporations: Wards finalised on November 1

• Ward delimitation work to begin from August 3
• Final notification of boundaries of five municipal corporations on September 2
• A-khata for everyone online from August 15

Bengaluru: The wards of the five new municipal corporations formed in the Greater Bengaluru Area (GBA) have been finalized and a notification will be issued on November 1, Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar said.

He informed reporters after holding a day-long meeting with BBMP, BDA and water board officials on Tuesday.

Five municipal corporations have been formed in GBA and a draft notification has been issued. Citizens, including political parties, can file objections till August 18. He said that the final notification will be issued on September 2 after considering everything.

A commission is being formed for the reallocation of wards, and the work of reallocation of wards will begin from August 3. A draft notification will be published in September and a final notification will be issued on November 1. After that, reservation will be fixed for the wards and elections will be held as soon as possible. He gave details that an affidavit will be submitted to the Supreme Court in this regard.

Clean Bengaluru: If garbage is found dumped on the city's roads and vacant lots, citizens were told to complain to the BBMP on WhatsApp and e-mail. 10,394 complaints were received, out of which more than nine thousand complaints have been resolved. He said that cleanliness is still lacking and the officials have been instructed to take more action.

6.5 lakh e-Khata: Out of 24 lakh properties under the BBMP jurisdiction, 6.5 lakh owners have obtained e-Khata. D.K. Shivakumar said that a massive e-khata awareness campaign will be conducted from October 22 for everyone to get e-khata.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) will be formulated to issue A-khata to all properties. He said that all the processes will start online from August 15.

Hebbal Junction: Inauguration by August 15

The Hebbal Junction lane coming towards the city from K.R.Pura will be inaugurated by August 15. Along with this, the development of Shivananda Circle Junction and the use of the multi-storey parking building near Gandhi Bazaar will be allowed. The date will be fixed after discussing with the Chief Minister. These inauguration programs have been held by August 6 or 15, said Bangalore Urban Development Minister D.K. Shivakumar.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ (ಜಿಬಿಎ) ರಚಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಐದು ಹೊಸ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಅಂತಿಮಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ನವೆಂಬರ್‌  1ರಂದು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್‌ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ, ಬಿಡಿಎ, ಜಲಮಂಡಳಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಂಗಳವಾರ ದಿನಪೂರ್ತಿ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ ನಂತರ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರಿಗೆ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಜಿಬಿಎಯಲ್ಲಿ ಐದು ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಿ, ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಆಗಸ್ಟ್‌ 18ರವರೆಗೆ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳೂ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ನಾಗರಿಕರು ಆಕ್ಷೇಪಗಳನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು. ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಿ ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್‌ 2ರಂದು ಅಂತಿಮ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳ ಮರುವಿಂಗಡಣೆಗೆ ಆಯೋಗವನ್ನು ರಚಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಆಗಸ್ಟ್‌ 3ರಿಂದ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ಮರುವಿಂಗಡಣೆ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್‌  ಅದರ ಕರಡು ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಕಟಿಸಿ, ನವೆಂಬರ್‌ 1ರಂದು ಅಂತಿಮ ಅಧಿಸೂಚನೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅದಾದ ನಂತರ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ನಿಗದಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಆದಷ್ಟು ಬೇಗ ಚುನಾವಣೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಸುಪ್ರೀಂ ಕೋರ್ಟ್‌ಗೆ ಅಫಿಡೆವಿಟ್‌ ಅನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ವಿವರ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಸ್ವಚ್ಛ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ನಗರದ ರಸ್ತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಖಾಲಿ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಸ ಸುರಿದಿರುವುದು ಕಂಡು ಬಂದರೆ ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿಗೆ ವಾಟ್ಸ್‌ ಆ್ಯಪ್‌ ಹಾಗೂ ಇ–ಮೇಲ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ದೂರು ನೀಡಲು ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. 10,394  ದೂರುಗಳು ಬಂದಿದ್ದು, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂಬತ್ತು ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ದೂರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಪರಿಹಾರ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸ್ವಚ್ಛತೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಸಾಲದ್ದಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದರು.

6.5 ಲಕ್ಷ ಇ– ಖಾತಾ: ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ 24 ಲಕ್ಷ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 6.5 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಇ–ಖಾತಾ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಇ–ಖಾತಾ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ 22ರಿಂದ ಬೃಹತ್‌ ಇ–ಖಾತಾ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಅಭಿಯಾನ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್‌ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಎಲ್ಲ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಎ ಖಾತಾ ನೀಡಲು ಪ್ರಮಾಣಿತ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚಾರಣಾ ವಿಧಾನಗಳು (ಎಸ್‌ಒಪಿ) ರಚನೆಯಾಗಲಿವೆ. ಎಲ್ಲ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಗಳು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗಸ್ಟ್‌ 15ರಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಲಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌: ಆ. 15ರೊಳಗೆ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನೆ

ಕೆ.ಆರ್.ಪುರ ಕಡೆಯಿಂದ ನಗರದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಬರುವ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ನ ಪಥವನ್ನು ಆಗಸ್ಟ್‌ 15ರೊಳಗೆ ಉದ್ಘಾಟಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಶಿವಾನಂದ ಸರ್ಕಲ್ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಗಾಂಧಿ ಬಜಾರ್ ಬಳಿಯ ಬಹುಮಹಡಿ ಪಾರ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ಕಟ್ಟಡವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಯವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ ದಿನಾಂಕ ನಿಗದಿ ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಆಗಸ್ಟ್‌ 6 ಅಥವಾ 15ರೊಳಗೆ ಈ ಉದ್ಘಾಟನಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳು ನಡೆಯಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ನಗರಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಸಚಿವ ಡಿ.ಕೆ. ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್‌ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
