Rajakaluve new encroachment: Suo moto by Karnataka Land Grabbing Prohibition Special Court
BENGALURU: The Karnataka Land Grabbing Prohibition Special Court has registered a case on Suo moto against Rajakaluve's new encroachment in East Taluk of the city.
In 'Prajavani' on March 30, under the title 'Increase in encroachment as measured', the removal of encroachment in the Rajakaluve, which caused the pre-submergence, is not going on at the expected level. However, encroachment is increasing as measured only. It was announced that more than 26 acres of Rajkaluve has been encroached on three hoblis of East Taluk.
The matter is related to land grabbing and a special court has registered a case under Section 9 of the Prohibition of Land Grabbing Act, 2011. The government prosecutor said that the case has been adjourned till May 25, instructing the Joint Commissioner of BBMP Mahadevpur zone to submit a detailed report.
