The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has decided to construct four new city corporation buildings based on the 'Blue-Green Building Concept'.

The aim is to construct sustainable and eco-friendly buildings that prioritize water management and minimize harm to nature.

Out of the five newly formed city corporations, the Central City Corporation will be housed in the Annex-3 building on the GBA Head Office premises. For the remaining four city corporations, sites have been allocated with the intention of constructing new, uniform buildings.

Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar had previously announced that designs and logos for the new city corporation buildings would be invited from citizens and young architects, but this was not executed. Consequently, the GBA has invited tenders to prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR), including the architectural design and all necessary systems for the buildings under the 'Blue-Green Concept'.

💧🌱 What is the Blue-Green Concept?

The Blue-Green concept combines strategies for sustainable water management (Blue) and urban ecology/sustainability (Green).

Blue (Water Management)

The Blue component focuses on sustainable water management strategies. 

 * Sustainable Water Management: Goals must be set for sustainable water management projects, including rainwater harvesting and reuse systems.

 * Wastewater Management: Systems should be developed to capture and treat sewage water, allowing it to be used for groundwater recharge and flood control.

 * Greywater Treatment: Wastewater treatment and reuse, specifically incorporating a 'Greywater' treatment plant on the building premises for uses like gardening.

 * Blue Roofs: Installing 'Blue Roofs' to temporarily store rainwater before slowly releasing it into the drainage system or collecting it in ponds or other storage units.

Green (Ecology and Sustainability)

The Green component focuses on ecological enhancement and energy efficiency. 

 * Cooling and Biodiversity: Installing green roofs for cooling the building through evapotranspiration, and building living walls to enhance biodiversity.

 * Air Quality and Carbon Reduction: Promoting urban afforestation and growing plants/trees along roads to reduce carbon and improve air quality.

 * Natural Water Treatment: Constructing wetlands and phytoremediation areas for natural water treatment.

 * Local Plantings: Planting drought-tolerant, native species to reduce the need for artificial irrigation.

 * Solar Energy: Installing solar energy production panels.

ನೀರಿನ ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ಪ್ರಕೃತಿಗೆ ಹಾನಿಕಾರವಾಗದಂತೆ ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪರಿಸರಸ್ನೇಹಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಏನಿದು ನೀಲಿ–ಹಸಿರು?

ನೀಲಿ: ಸುಸ್ಥಿರ ನೀರು ನಿರ್ವಹಣೆಯ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳತ್ತ ಗುರಿ ಹೊಂದಬೇಕು. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಳೆ ನೀರು ಸಂಗ್ರಹ, ಅದರ ಮರು ಬಳಕೆಯ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿರಬೇಕು. ಒಳಚರಂಡಿ ನೀರನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದಿಟ್ಟು, ಅದನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಕರಿಸಿ ಅಂತರ್ಜಲ ಮರುಪೂರಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಪ್ರವಾಹ ನಿಯಂತ್ರಕವನ್ನಾಗಿಸುವ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ ರೂಪಿಸಬೇಕು. ತ್ಯಾಜ್ಯನೀರು ಸಂಸ್ಕರಣೆ, ಅದರ ಬಳಕೆಗಾಗಿ ಕಟ್ಟಡದ ಆವರಣದಲ್ಲೇ ‘ಗ್ರೇ–ವಾಟರ್‌’ ಸಂಸ್ಕರಣೆ ಘಟಕವಿರಬೇಕು. ಅದನ್ನು ಉದ್ಯಾನ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಇತರೆ ಉಪಯೋಗಕ್ಕೆ ಬಳಸಬೇಕು. ‘ಬ್ಲೂ– ರೂಫ್‌’ಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಳೆ ನೀರನ್ನು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಿ, ಒಳಚರಂಡಿ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ ಬಿಡುವ ಮುನ್ನ ಕೊಳ ಅಥವಾ ಇತರೆ ಸಂಗ್ರಹ ಘಟಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಬೇಕು.

ಹಸಿರು: ಹಸಿರು ಚಾವಣಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಿ, ಬಾಷ್ಪೀಕರಣದ ಮೂಲಕ ಕಟ್ಟಡವನ್ನು ತಂಪಾಗಿಸುವ ಹಾಗೂ ಜೀವವೈವಿಧ್ಯವನ್ನು ವೃದ್ಧಿಸುವ ಜೀವಂತ ಗೋಡೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಬೇಕು. ಕಾರ್ಬನ್‌ ಕಡಿತಗೊಳಿಸಲು, ವಾಯುಗುಣಮಟ್ಟ ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿಸಲು ನಗರ ಅರಣ್ಯೀಕರಣ ಹಾಗೂ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಗಿಡ–ಮರಗಳನ್ನು ಬೆಳೆಸಬೇಕು. ನೈಸರ್ಗಿಕವಾಗಿ ನೀರನ್ನು ಸಂಸ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಜೌಗು ಪ್ರದೆಶ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಸ್ಯಕ್ಷೇತ್ರವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಬೇಕು. ಬರ–ಸಹಿಷ್ಣು, ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಸಸ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ನೆಟ್ಟು ಕೃತಕ ನೀರಾವರಿಯ ಅಗತ್ಯ ಪೂರೈಸಬೇಕು. ಸೌರಶಕ್ತಿ ಉತ್ಪಾದನೆಯ ಪ್ಯಾನಲ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು ಅಳವಡಿಸಬೇಕು.

₹4808 Crore to be Spent on Roads in Six Months

Bengaluru: More than 2,000 km of roads within the GBA (Greater Bengaluru Area) limits will be developed to the highest standard by the end of May 2026.

Over ₹4,000 crore is being spent on White Topping, asphaltation, High-Density Corridors, and the development of major and sub-major roads. All these works will be completed by the end of May 2026, informed Tushar Giri Nath, Additional Chief Secretary of the Urban Development Department, at a press conference on Saturday.

White Topping work is underway at a cost of ₹1,700 crore, and 157.39 \text{ km} of roads will be white-topped by March. 392.39 \text{ km} of roads will be asphalted by the end of January 2026, at a cost of ₹694 crore. The 78.98 \text{ km} High-Density Corridor project, costing ₹273 crore, will also be completed by the end of January 2026, he said.

He stated that the works on 701.12 \text{ km} of major and sub-major roads, including Bituminous Concrete, desilting of drains, construction of shoulder drains, and repair of footpaths, will be completed by the end of May 2026 at a cost of ₹1,241 crore.

He also mentioned that similar works (Bituminous Concrete, drain desilting, shoulder drain construction, and footpath repair) on 678.93 \text{ km} of ward roads will be completed by the end of May 2026 at a cost of ₹900 crore.

No White Topping for MG Road: It was initially decided to develop MG Road, which sees very heavy traffic, using the White Topping method. However, due to increased traffic density, the traffic police are not granting permission. Therefore, Tushar Giri Nath said they are considering asphaltation instead.

🏛️ 10 Khata Seva Kendras in the City

Tushar Giri Nath, Additional Chief Secretary of the Urban Development Department, announced that 10 Khata Seva Kendras (Khata Service Centers), similar to Passport Seva Kendras, will be launched in the city for applying for e-Khata, new Khata, and conversion from B-Khata to A-Khata.

He informed the press conference that one Khata Seva Kendra will be established in each of the 10 zones within the five City Corporations under the GBA.

The service centers will handle all tasks related to Khata, including application submission for e-Khata, new Khata applications, applications for converting B-Khata properties to A-Khata, and Khata distribution.

Property owners can apply for e-Khata through Bengaluru One centers and over a thousand private entities, or they can apply directly online themselves. Despite this, only 8.21 \text{ lakh} property owners have applied so far, and 8.16 \text{ lakh} owners have received their Khata. About 10 \text{ lakh} more owners have not yet come forward to apply. The service centers will start operating within three months, he said.

Khata applications from property owners cannot be rejected unnecessarily. Rejected applications will be re-examined by a 25-member monitoring team. If it is proven that an application was rejected unnecessarily, strict action will be taken against the staff of the Revenue Department, he warned.

3,000 Applications for A-Khata

So far, 3,252 applications have been submitted for converting B-Khata properties to A-Khata. He said that 98% of these owners have not provided the required map/sketch documents. The Khata will be issued after the GBA creates the sketch and generates the necessary documents.

₹1,500 Crore: The case against Premium FAR (Floor Area Ratio) has been dismissed by the court. Therefore, Munish Moudgil stated that its implementation is expected to generate an annual collection of ₹2,000 crore.

No Pothole-Free Guarantee: Tushar Giri Nath

"A guarantee of pothole-free roads in the city cannot be given at the moment," said Tushar Giri Nath. "For that to happen, waste disposal, the Water Board's pipeline system, and the stormwater drain system need to be properly managed. That is not possible at present," he said.

In response to a reporter's question on whether the thousands of crores being invested in road development would eliminate the pothole problem in Bengaluru in the future, he replied, "No expenditure was made on the development of major and sub-major roads for six or seven years. Now, the expenditure is being made."

From April 2025 until now, 22,539 potholes on major and sub-major roads have been filled at a cost of ₹18 crore. Potholes on ward roads have been filled at a cost of ₹45 crore, Tushar Giri Nath informed.

 678.93  ಕಿ.ಮೀ ಉದ್ದ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಿಟುಮಿನಸ್‌ ಕಾಂಕ್ರೀಟ್‌, ಚರಂಡಿ ಹೂಳು ತೆಗೆಯುವುದು, ಶೋಲ್ಡರ್‌ ಡ್ರೈನ್‌ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ, ಪಾದಚಾರಿ ಮಾರ್ಗ ದುರಸ್ತಿ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ₹900 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ 2026ರ ಮೇ ಅಂತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಮುಗಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದರು.

ಎಂಜಿ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ವೈಟ್‌ಟಾಪಿಂಗ್ ಇಲ್ಲ: ಅತಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ವಾಹನ ಸಂಚಾರವಿರುವ ಎಂ.ಜಿ.ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ವೈಟ್‌ಟಾಪಿಂಗ್‌ ಮಾದರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಪಡಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ, ಸಂಚಾರ ದಟ್ಟಣೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಸಂಚಾರಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಡಾಂಬರೀಕರಣ ಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಚಿಂತನೆ ನಡೆಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತುಷಾರ್‌ ಗಿರಿನಾಥ್‌ ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಜಿಬಿಎ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಐದೂ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ 10 ವಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ತಲಾ ಒಂದು ಖಾತಾ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಆರಂಭಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಸುದ್ದಿಗೋಷ್ಠಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ಇ- ಖಾತಾ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ, ಹೊಸ ಖಾತಾ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಬಿ ಖಾತಾ ಆಸ್ತಿಗೆ ಎ ಖಾತಾ ಪಡೆಯುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆ, ಖಾತಾ ವಿತರಣೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಖಾತಾ ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಒನ್‌ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಹಾಗೂ ಒಂದು ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಅಧಿಕ ಖಾಸಗಿ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಿಗಳು ಇ–ಖಾತಾಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಗೆ ಅವಕಾಶ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಪ್ರೇರಿತರಾಗಿ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರೇ ನೇರವಾಗಿ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು. ಆದರೂ, ಈವರೆಗೆ 8.21 ಲಕ್ಷ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ, 8.16 ಲಕ್ಷ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಖಾತಾ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇನ್ನೂ ಸುಮಾರು 10 ಲಕ್ಷ ಮಾಲೀಕರು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಹಾಕಲು ಮುಂದಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. ಸೇವಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಮೂರು ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಲಿದೆ  ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಲೀಕರ ಖಾತಾ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅನಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು, 25 ಜನರ ಕಣ್ಗಾವಲು ತಂಡ ಮರು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲಿದೆ. ಅನಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸಿರುವುದು ಸಾಬೀತಾದರೆ, ಕಂದಾಯ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದರು.

 

ಎ ಖಾತಾಗೆ 3 ಸಾವಿರ ಅರ್ಜಿ

ಬಿ ಖಾತಾ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಎ ಖಾತಾ ವಿತರಿಸುವಂತೆ ಈವರೆಗೆ 3,252 ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳು ಸಲ್ಲಿಕೆಯಾಗಿವೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ 98ರಷ್ಟು ಮಾಲೀಕರು ನಕ್ಷೆಯ ದಾಖಲೆ ನೀಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಜಿಬಿಎಯಿಂದ ನಕ್ಷೆ ರಚಿಸಿ, ದಾಖಲೆ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ಖಾತಾ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

₹1,500 ಕೋಟಿ: ಪ್ರೀಮಿಯಂ ಎಫ್‌ಎಆರ್‌ ವಿರುದ್ಧದ ಪ್ರಕರಣ ನ್ಯಾಯಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಜಾಗೊಂಡಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಅದರ ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದಿಂದ, ವಾರ್ಷಿಕವಾಗಿ ₹2,000 ಕೋಟಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹವಾಗುವ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇದೆ ಎಂದು ಮುನೀಶ್ ಮೌದ್ಗಿಲ್ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

 

ಗುಂಡಿಮುಕ್ತ ಭರವಸೆ ಇಲ್ಲ: ತುಷಾರ್‌ ಗಿರಿನಾಥ್‌

‘ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಗುಂಡಿಮುಕ್ತ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಭರವಸೆಯನ್ನು ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅದಾಗಬೇಕಾದರೆ, ಕಸ ವಿಲೇವಾರಿ, ಜಲಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಕೊಳವೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ, ನೀರು ಗಾಲುವೆ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥಿತವಾಗಿರಬೇಕಾಗಿದೆ. ಅದು ಸದ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ’ ಎಂದು ತುಷಾರ್‌ ಗಿರಿನಾಥ್‌ ಹೇಳಿದರು.‌

ಸಾವಿರಾರು ಕೋಟಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಮುಂದಿನ ದಿನಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರಸ್ತೆ ಗುಂಡಿ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೇ ಎಂಬ ಸುದ್ದಿಗಾರರ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗೆ, ‘ಆರೇಳು ವರ್ಷದಿಂದ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ. ಇದೀಗ ವೆಚ್ಚ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ’ ಎಂದರು.

2025ರ ಏಪ್ರಿಲ್‌ನಿಂದ ಇಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ, ಮುಖ್ಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಉಪ ಮುಖ್ಯ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ 22,539 ರಸ್ತೆ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ₹18 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಚ್ಚಲಾಗಿದೆ. ₹45 ಕೋಟಿ ವೆಚ್ಚದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾರ್ಡ್‌ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳ ಗುಂಡಿಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತುಷಾರ್‌ ಗಿರಿನಾಥ್‌ ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

Bengaluru: The Cabinet has given administrative approval for the construction of a three-lane twin tunnel road and a supporting elevated corridor to manage traffic congestion from the Hebbal Junction to Mekhri Circle.

The tunnel road will be built using the 'cut-and-cover' method from the Hebbal flyover up to the Veterinary College. Furthermore, Minister H.K. Patil stated that the Cabinet has approved the construction of an elevated corridor, which will connect to the tunnel road with up-and-down ramps, to be financed entirely through the resources of the Bengaluru Development Authority (BDA).

The Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the tunnel road was prepared by the ROADIC corporation under the aegis of the Bengaluru Smart Infrastructure Limited (B-SMILE). The BDA Commissioner had requested the government, stating, 'The BDA is ready to construct the tunnel road at the Hebbal Junction using its own resources. Since experienced BDA engineers are already managing the Hebbal flyover work, if they are also entrusted with the tunnel road work, all projects can be completed within the stipulated time.'

Acceding to this request, the Government assigned the tunnel road project, which was originally to be executed by B-SMILE, to the BDA. Consequently, the government will not need to provide the annual grant of ₹4,000 crore for this project. The BDA has thus been approved to construct the tunnel road as per the DPR finalized by B-SMILE.

In the tunnel road proposal, the BDA Commissioner explained, 'We had requested 26,000 square meters of land from the campus of the Karnataka Veterinary, Animal, and Fisheries Sciences University (KVAFSU). The University did not agree but permitted the tunnel road to pass underneath its campus. Therefore, the land will be utilized for the tunnel road and subsequently restored to its original condition.'

 ₹10,000 Crore Collection by March 2026

The Commissioner further explained that the BDA is financially sound and will collect ₹10,000 crore by the end of March 2026, which includes:

 * ₹4,500 crore from the auction of residential sites and corner sites.

 * ₹1,500 crore from application deposits for the Shivaram Karanth Layout.

 * ₹1,000 crore from the auction of flats, villas, and CA sites.

 * ₹3,000 crore from the implementation of 38(D) for unauthorized constructions.

The Commissioner has also detailed the financial expenditure, stating the BDA is prepared to bear ₹2,215 crore for the tunnel road in installments from the 4th Quarter of 2025–26 to the 3rd Quarter of 2027–28. This cost includes:

 * ₹333 crore for statutory fees.

 * ₹190 crore for GST.

 * ₹25 crore for land acquisition, as the tunnel road passes through government land.

 * ₹35 crore for utility shifting.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಸ್ಮಾರ್ಟ್‌ ಇನ್‌ಫ್ರಾಸ್ಟ್ರಕ್ಚರ್‌ ನಿಯಮಿತ (ಬಿ–ಸ್ಮೈಲ್‌) ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಈ ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು, ರೋಡಿಕ್‌ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯಿಂದ  ವಿಸ್ತೃತ ಯೋಜನಾ ವರದಿಯನ್ನೂ (ಡಿಪಿಆರ್) ತಯಾರಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ‘ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಎ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲದಿಂದ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಸಿದ್ಧವಿದೆ. ಬಿಡಿಎಯಲ್ಲಿ ನುರಿತ ಎಂಜಿನಿಯರ್‌ಗಳು, ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳದ ಮೇಲ್ಸೇತುವೆ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆಯ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಯನ್ನೂ ವಹಿಸಿದರೆ ನಿಗದಿತ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಕಾಮಗಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಬಿಡಿಎ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಕೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದರು.

ಅದನ್ನು ಮನ್ನಿಸಿದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ, ಜಿಬಿಎಯ ಬಿ–ಸ್ಮೈಲ್‌ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಬೇಕಿದ್ದ ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಎಗೆ ವಹಿಸಿತ್ತು. ಇದರಿಂದ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವರ್ಷಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವ ₹4 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ಅನುದಾನ ಇದಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡುವಂತಿಲ್ಲ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಬಿ–ಸ್ಮೈಲ್‌ ಅಂತಿಮಗೊಳಿಸಿರುವ ಡಿಪಿಆರ್‌ನಂತೆಯೇ ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲು ಬಿಡಿಎಗೆ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

‘ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪಶುವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ, ಪಶು, ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕೆ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಗಳ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ (ಕೆವಿಎಎಫ್‌ಎಸ್‌ಯು) ಆವರಣದ 26 ಸಾವಿರ ಚದರ ಮೀಟರ್ ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲು ಕೋರಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ ಒಪ್ಪಿಲ್ಲ. ಆದರೆ, ಅದರ ಆವರಣ ಕೆಳಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾಗಲು ಸಮ್ಮತಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ, ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆಗಾಗಿ ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನಂತರ ಅದನ್ನು ಈಗಿರುವಂತೆಯೇ ಬಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ’ ಎಂದು ಬಿಡಿಎ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

 

₹10 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹ

ಬಿಡಿಎ ಆರ್ಥಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸಬಲವಾಗಿದ್ದು, ವಸತಿ– ಮೂಲೆ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳ ಹರಾಜಿನಿಂದ ₹4,500 ಕೋಟಿ, ಶಿವರಾಮಕಾರಂತ ಬಡಾವಣೆಯ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಠೇವಣಿಯಿಂದ ₹1,500 ಕೋಟಿ,  ಫ್ಲ್ಯಾಟ್‌, ವಿಲ್ಲಾ, ಸಿಎ ನಿವೇಶನ ಹರಾಜಿನಿಂದ ₹1,000 ಕೋಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಅನಧಿಕೃತ ನಿರ್ಮಾಣಗಳಿಗೆ 38(ಡಿ) ಅನುಷ್ಠಾನದಿಂದ ₹3,000 ಕೋಟಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ  2026ರ ಮಾರ್ಚ್‌ ಅಂತ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ₹10 ಸಾವಿರ ಕೋಟಿ ಸಂಗ್ರಹಿಸಲಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ವಿವರಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

2025–25ರ 4ನೇ ತ್ರೈಮಾಸಿಕದಿಂದ 2027–28ನ ಮೂರನೇ ತ್ರೈಮಾಸಿಕದವರೆಗೆ ಕಂತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ₹2,215 ಕೋಟಿ ಭರಿಸಲು ಸಿದ್ಧವಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ವೆಚ್ಚವನ್ನೂ ವಿವರವಾಗಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ, ₹333 ಕೋಟಿ ಶಾಸನಬದ್ಧ ಶುಲ್ಕ, ₹190 ಕೋಟಿ ಜಿಎಸ್‌ಟಿ,  ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ಜಮೀನಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾಗುವುದರಿಂದ ಭೂಸ್ವಾಧೀನಕ್ಕೆ ₹25 ಕೋಟಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಯುಟಿಲಿಟಿ ಸೌಲಭ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲು ₹35 ಕೋಟಿ ಸೇರಿದೆ.

1. ಅವಳಿ ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆ (Twin Tunnel Road)

• ಮಾರ್ಗ: ಈ ಮೂರು-ಪಥದ ಅವಳಿ ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆಯು ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳ ಮೇಲ್ಸೇತುವೆ (Flyover) ಪ್ರದೇಶದಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿ ಪಶುವೈದ್ಯ ಕಾಲೇಜಿನವರೆಗೆ (Veterinary College) ಸಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಮಾರ್ಗವು ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ನಿಂದ ಮೇಕ್ರಿ ವೃತ್ತದ ಕಡೆಗೆ ದಟ್ಟಣೆಯನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲು ವಿನ್ಯಾಸಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

• ಉದ್ದ: ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆಯು 2.2 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ಉದ್ದವಿದೆ.

• ವಿನ್ಯಾಸ ಮತ್ತು ನಿರ್ಮಾಣ:

• ಇದು ಮೂರು ಪಥಗಳನ್ನು (Three-lane) ಹೊಂದಿರುವ ಅವಳಿ ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆಯಾಗಿದೆ (ಪ್ರತಿ ದಿಕ್ಕಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರತ್ಯೇಕ ಸುರಂಗ).

• ಇದನ್ನು ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿ ನೆಲದ ಮೇಲ್ಮೈಯನ್ನು ಅಗೆದು, ಸುರಂಗವನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಿ, ನಂತರ ಮತ್ತೆ ಮುಚ್ಚುವ ‘ಕಟ್‌ ಆ್ಯಂಡ್‌ ಕವರ್’ (Cut-and-Cover) ಮಾದರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

• ವಿಶೇಷ ವಿನ್ಯಾಸ: ಸುರಂಗದ ಒಂದು ಭಾಗವು ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪಶುವೈದ್ಯಕೀಯ, ಪಶು, ಮೀನುಗಾರಿಕೆ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನಗಳ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ (KVAFSU) ಆವರಣದ ಕೆಳಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಾದುಹೋಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ವಿವಿಯು ತನ್ನ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲು ಸಮ್ಮತಿ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು, ಕಾಮಗಾರಿ ನಂತರ ಜಾಗವನ್ನು ಮೂಲ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಗೆ ತರಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

2. ಎಲಿವೇಟೆಡ್ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ (Elevated Corridor)

• ಮಾರ್ಗ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಪರ್ಕ: ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ಎಲಿವೇಟೆಡ್‌ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್‌ ಅನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ಸುರಂಗ ರಸ್ತೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲು ಮೇಲ್ಮುಖ ಮತ್ತು ಕೆಳಮುಖ ರ್‍ಯಾಂಪ್‌ಗಳನ್ನು (Upward and Downward Ramps) ಹೊಂದಿರುತ್ತದೆ.

• ಉದ್ದ: ಎಲಿವೇಟೆಡ್‌ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್‌ನ ಉದ್ದವು 1.70 ಕಿ.ಮೀ ಇದೆ.

• ವಿನ್ಯಾಸ: ಇದು ಎರಡು ಪಥದ (Two-lane), ಎರಡು ಹಾದಿಯ ಎಲಿವೇಟೆಡ್ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ ಆಗಿದೆ.

ಸಂಕ್ಷಿಪ್ತವಾಗಿ, ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಹೆಬ್ಬಾಳ ಜಂಕ್ಷನ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿನ ದಟ್ಟಣೆಯನ್ನು ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಮೇಲ್ಸೇತುವೆಯಿಂದ ಬರುವ ವಾಹನಗಳನ್ನು ಸುರಂಗದ ಮೂಲಕ ಮತ್ತು ಎಲಿವೇಟೆಡ್ ಕಾರಿಡಾರ್ ಮೂಲಕ ನಗರಕ್ಕೆ ಸುಗಮವಾಗಿ ಹರಿಯಲು ಅನುವು ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡುತ್ತದೆ.

About 9 Lakh Final ekhatas issued and daily about 2500 are getting issued with avg waiting time of about 2-days.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಜಿಬಿಎ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳ ಇ–ಖಾತಾದಲ್ಲಿ ನಗರ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಮಾಲೀಕತ್ವದ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು (ಯುಪಿಒಆರ್‌) ಅಳವಡಿಸುವ ‘ಇಂಟಿಗ್ರೇಟೆಡ್ ಇ-ಖಾತಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆ’ಯನ್ನು ಜಾರಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಂದಾಯ ವಿಭಾಗದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆಯುಕ್ತ ಮುನೀಶ್‌ ಮೌದ್ಗಿಲ್‌ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.

ನಗರ ಸಮೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯುಪಿಒಆರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಸ್ತಿ ನಕ್ಷೆಗಳು, ಡ್ರೋನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡ ಓವರ್-ವ್ಯೂ ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಜಿಬಿಎ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಇ-ಖಾತಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ಯುಪಿಒಆರ್‌ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಾಗಿರುವ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಇ-ಖಾತಾ ವ್ಯವಸ್ಥೆಗೆ  ಸಂಯೋಜಿಸಿರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳ ಕೆಲಸ ಶ್ಲಾಘನಾರ್ಹ ಎಂದರು.

ಇ-ಖಾತಾದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿಖರ ಜಿಪಿಎಸ್‌ ಮಾಹಿತಿ, ಯುಪಿಒಆರ್ ನಕ್ಷೆ ಮತ್ತು ಚಿತ್ರಗಳನ್ನು ಜೋಡಿಸುವುದು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಮುಖವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸುಮಾರು ಒಂದು ಲಕ್ಷ ಸಂಯೋಜಿತ ಇ-ಖಾತಾಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿದಿನವೂ ಈ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮವಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು.

ಜಿಬಿಎ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸುಮಾರು 9 ಲಕ್ಷ ಅಂತಿಮ ಇ-ಖಾತಾಗಳು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಪ್ರತಿದಿನ ಸರಾಸರಿ 2,500 ಇ-ಖಾತಾಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸರಾಸರಿ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಅವಧಿ ಸುಮಾರು 2 ದಿನಗಳಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಮಾಹಿತಿ ನೀಡಿದರು.

Illegal ‘B Khata’ Registration: Six Officials Suspended

Bengaluru: The Chief Commissioner of the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) has suspended six staff members from the Revenue Department of the Bengaluru South City Corporation for the illegal registration of ‘B Khatas’.

According to a report submitted by the Joint Commissioner of Bommanahalli, the six officials granted ‘B Khatas’ to applicants who had submitted nothing more than a simple affidavit alongside their applications, bypassing required protocols. Consequently, they have been suspended from service on grounds of grave dereliction of duty. For the purpose of salary disbursement during the inquiry, they have been administratively attached to posts in other municipal corporations.
Acting on a complaint filed by Mr. M. Mohan Babu, the Joint Commissioner conducted an investigation which substantiated that unauthorized ‘B Khatas’ were issued for lands located in the Begur Hobli of Bengaluru South Taluk.

Suspended Officials:

 * Narasimhalu: Assistant Revenue Officer, Begur Sub-division.
 * Bhagyashree: Second Division Assistant (SDA).
 * Balalingaraju: Second Division Assistant (SDA).
 * Shantesh: Deputy Revenue Officer, Bommanahalli Division.
 * Suresh: Assessor, Ward 192.
 * Hemanth Kumar: Assessor.

Details of the Illegal ‘B Khata’ Issuances:

 * Naganathapura Village: ‘B Khata’ issued for 49 sites within 1 Acre 35 Guntas of land in Survey No. 31/2, belonging to Sanskriti Developers.
 * Basavanapura Village: ‘B Khata’ issued for 37 individual sites within 10.12 Guntas of land in Survey No. 48/3, belonging to Rito Vilo Fernandes and others.
 * Begur Village: ‘B Khata’ issued for 52 individual sites within 2 Acres 11 Guntas of land in Survey No. 5/52/53, belonging to Kamalamma and others.
Over 40,000 Illegal ‘A Khatas’
In July 2023, the then Special Commissioner (Finance), Jayaram Raipura, detected that ‘A Khatas’ had been illegally issued for over 40,000 properties within the BBMP (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike) limits.
Investigations revealed that properties eligible only for ‘B Khata’ were issued ‘A Khatas’ by illegally collecting betterment charges and manipulating ‘R Code 130’ within the ‘IFMS’ software. Between 2015 and 2023, a total of ₹898.70 crore was collected across 45,133 cases. Of these, 90% were deemed to be illegal.
Following these findings, Mr. Jayaram was transferred. Although instructions were issued to submit a report to the Special Commissioner (Revenue) to initiate action regarding the illegal ‘A Khatas’, no action has been taken to date.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು: ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಬಿ ಖಾತಾ ನೋಂದಣಿ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯ ಕಂದಾಯ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಆರು ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿಯನ್ನು ಗ್ರೇಟರ್‌ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ (ಜಿಬಿಎ) ಮುಖ್ಯ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಅಮಾನತುಗೊಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಬೊಮ್ಮನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಜಂಟಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ವರದಿಯಂತೆ, ಬಿ ಖಾತಾ ನೀಡುವ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕೇವಲ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ನೀಡಿರುವವರಿಗೆ ಆರು ಜನರು ‘ಬಿ ಖಾತಾ’ವನ್ನು ಮಂಜೂರು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ, ಗಂಭೀರ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಲೋಪದ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಸೇವೆಯಿಂದ ಅಮಾನತುಗೊಳಿಸಿ, ವೇತನ ಬಟವಾಡೆಗೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಬೇರೆ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಗಳ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನಿಯುಕ್ತಿಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಎಂ. ಮೋಹನ್‌ ಬಾಬು ಅವರ ದೂರಿನಂತೆ, ಜಂಟಿ ಆಯುಕ್ತರು ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ತನಿಖೆ ನಡೆಸಿದಾಗ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಬೇಗೂರು ಹೋಬಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿನ ಜಮೀನುಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನಧಿಕೃತವಾಗಿ ಬಿ ಖಾತಾ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದು ಸಾಬೀತಾಗಿದೆ.

ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಬಿ ಖಾತಾ: ನಾಗನಾಥಪುರ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂ. 31/2ರಲ್ಲಿ 1 ಎಕರೆ 35 ಗುಂಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಡೆವಲಪರ್ಸ್‌ಗೆ 49 ನಿವೇಶನಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಿ ಖಾತಾ. ಬಸವನಪುರ. ಬಸವನಪುರ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂ. 48/3ರಲ್ಲಿನ 10.12 ಗುಂಟೆ ಜಮೀನನಲ್ಲಿ ರಿಟೋ ವೈಲೋ ಫರ್ನಾಂಡೀಸ್‌ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರರಿಗೆ 37 ಬಿಡಿ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಿ ಖಾತಾ. ಬೇಗೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಸರ್ವೆ ನಂ. 5/52/53ರಲ್ಲಿ 2 ಎಕರೆ 11 ಗುಂಟೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಮಲಮ್ಮ ಮತ್ತು ಇತರರಿಗೆ 52 ಬಿಡಿ ನಿವೇಶನಗಳಿಗೆ ಬಿ ಖಾತಾ. 

 

40 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಅಕ್ರಮ ಎ ಖಾತಾ

ಬಿಬಿಎಂಪಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ 40 ಸಾವಿರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ‘ಎ’ ಖಾತಾ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿರುವುದನ್ನು 2023ರ ಜುಲೈನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂದಿನ ಹಣಕಾಸು ವಿಭಾಗದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆಯುಕ್ತ ಜಯರಾಂ ರಾಯಪುರ ಪತ್ತೆ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ್ದರು.

ಬಿ ಖಾತಾಗೆ ಅರ್ಹವಾಗಿರುವ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಕಟ್ಟಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ‘ಐಎಫ್‌ಎಂಎಸ್‌’ ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದ ‘ಆರ್‌ ಕೋಡ್‌ 130’ ಬಳಸಿ ‘ಎ’  ಖಾತಾ ನೀಡಿರುವುದು ತನಿಖೆಯಿಂದ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಿತ್ತು. 2015ರಿಂದ 2023ರವರೆಗೆ ಒಟ್ಟು 45,133 ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ₹898.70 ಕೋಟಿ ಪಾವತಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇವುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ 90ರಷ್ಟು ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳು ಅಕ್ರಮ ಎಂದು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ ಜಯರಾಂ ಅವರನ್ನು ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಅಕ್ರಮ ಎ ಖಾತಾದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲು ಕಂದಾಯ ವಿಭಾಗದ ವಿಶೇಷ ಆಯುಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ವರದಿ ನೀಡಲು ಸೂಚಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ, ಈವರೆಗೂ ಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.

Five City Corporations: Modifications to Final Notification

Bengaluru: Changes to Names and Boundaries of 20 Wards

Bengaluru: The Urban Development Department has issued a modification to the final notification regarding the wards of the five City Corporations falling under the Greater Bengaluru Area (GBA), changing the boundaries and names of certain wards.

A final notification finalizing 369 wards across the five City Corporations was originally issued on November 19. However, following objections raised by MLAs and the public, the government considered several requests, made necessary changes, and issued a fresh notification on December 1.

Details of Modifications by Corporation:

1. Bengaluru Central City Corporation:

 * Boundary Changes: The boundaries of Ward 15 (Indiranagar) and Ward 16 (New Thippasandra) have been modified.

2. Bengaluru North City Corporation:

 * Yelahanka Assembly Constituency:

   * Ward 1 (Raja Venkatappa Ward) renamed to Ward 3 (Chowdeshwari Ward).

   * Ward 2 (Akash Ward) renamed to Ward 2 (Aero City Ward).

   * Ward 3 (Yelahanka Old Town) renamed to Ward 1 (Raja Venkatappa Ward).

 * Sarvagnanagar Assembly Constituency:

   * Ward 31 (Kalya Nagar) corrected/renamed to Ward 31 (Kalyan Nagar).

3. Bengaluru South City Corporation:

 * Padmanabhanagar Assembly Constituency:

   * Ward 3 (Kumaraswamy Ward) renamed to Ward 3 (Yarab Nagar).

 * Boundary Changes: The boundaries of Ward 56 (Doresanipalya), Ward 60 (Bilekahalli), Ward 65 (Garvebhavipalya), and Ward 66 (Singasandra) have been altered.

4. Bengaluru East City Corporation:

 * K.R. Puram Assembly Constituency:

   * Ward 8 (T.C. Palya) renamed to Anandapura.

   * Ward 10 (Medahalli) renamed to Basavanapura.

   * Ward 11 (Basavanapura) renamed to Krishna Nagar.

   * Ward 12 (Chikka Devasandra) renamed to Devasandra.

   * Ward 13 (Devasandra) renamed to Rajarajeshwari Temple Ward.

 * Mahadevapura Assembly Constituency:

   * Ward 49 (Shivanasamudra Ward) renamed to Dodda Kannelli Ward.

5. Bengaluru West City Corporation:

 * Yeshwantpur Assembly Constituency:

   * Ward 19 (Kengeri) renamed to Shivanapalya.

   * Ward 20 (Hemmigepura) renamed to Kengeri Fort Ward.

   * Ward 21 (Mallasandra) renamed to Kengeri.

ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಿ ಅಧಿಸೂಚಿಸಿದೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಕೇಂದ್ರ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ 15- ಇಂದಿರಾನಗರ, 16- ನ್ಯೂ ತಿಪ್ಪಸಂದ್ರ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳ ಗಡಿಯನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಉತ್ತರ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಲಹಂಕ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ವಾರ್ಡ್ 1 ರಾಜಾ ವೆಂಕಟಪ್ಪ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ವಾರ್ಡ್ 3 ಚೌಡೇಶ್ವರಿ ವಾರ್ಡ್, ವಾರ್ಡ್ 2 ಆಕಾಶ್ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ವಾರ್ಡ್ 2 ಏರೋ ಸಿಟಿ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ವಾರ್ಡ್ 3 ಯಲಹಂಕ ಓಲ್ಡ್ ಟೌನ್ ಅನ್ನು 

ವಾರ್ಡ್ 1 ರಾಜಾ ವೆಂಕಟಪ್ಪ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಎಂದು ಬದಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಸರ್ವಜ್ಞ ನಗರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ವಾರ್ಡ್ 31 ಕಲ್ಯ ನಗರ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಅನ್ನಿ ವಾರ್ಡ್ 31 ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ನಗರ ಎಂದು ಬದಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪದ್ಮನಾಭನಗರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ವಾರ್ಡ್ 3 ಕುಮಾರಸ್ವಾಮಿ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ವಾರ್ಡ್ 3 ಯಾರಬ್ ನಗರ ಎಂದು ಬದಲಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. 56- ದೊರೆಸಾನಿಪಾಳ್ಯ, 60- ಬಿಳೇಕಹಳ್ಳಿ, 65- ಗಾರ್ವೆಬಾವಿ ಪಾಳ್ಯ, 66- ಸಿಂಗಸಂದ್ರ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳ ಗಡಿಯನ್ನು ಬದಲಾಯಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪೂರ್ವ ನಗರ ಪಾಲಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆ.ಆರ್. ಪುರ ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ವಾರ್ಡ್ 8- ಟಿ.ಸಿ. ಪಾಳ್ಯವನ್ನು ಆನಂದಪುರ, ವಾರ್ಡ್ 10- ಮೇಡಹಳ್ಳಿಯನ್ನು ಬಸವನಪುರ, ವಾರ್ಡ್ 11- ಬಸವನಪುರವನ್ನು ಕೃಷ್ಣನಗರ, ವಾರ್ಡ್ 12- ಚಿಕ್ಕ ದೇವಸಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ದೇವಸಂದ್ರ, ವಾರ್ಡ್ 13- ದೇವಸಂದ್ರವನ್ನು ರಾಜರಾಜೇಶ್ವರಿ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹದೇವಪುರ   

ವಿಧಾನಸಭೆ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ವಾರ್ಡ್ 49- ಶಿವನಸಮುದ್ರ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಅನ್ನು ದೊಡ್ಡ ಕನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಿ ವಾರ್ಡ್ ಆಗಿ ಹೆಸರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
